“First time here and indulged in their Taco Tuesday menu. Chicken Tinga and Steak tacos were awesome paired with their mezcalita. The chicken tacos were so good we had to get another round.”

“This was the best restaurant we could have chosen to try authentic Mexican food. The restaurant is beautiful, with both outdoor and indoor seating. They have happy hour, even on weekends, with delicious mezcalitas. The molcajete was top-notch, and honestly every single dish we ordered was amazing. We went on a Saturday around 4 p.m. and didn’t have to wait for a table. Our server was very kind and attentive. The presentation of the food, the plates they use, and they even have Mexican barro shot glasses was all beautifully inspired by Mexican culture.”

The guacamole deserves a special mention. It’s hands down the best I’ve ever had: fresh, perfectly seasoned, and served with warm chips that are impossible to stop eating. The menu is filled with flavorful dishes made with quality ingredients, and the prices are refreshingly reasonable given the generous portions and excellent quality. Another major highlight is the bar. It’s impressively large and stocked with a wide range of tequilas, mezcals, and house-made cocktails. Whether you’re in the mood for a spicy margarita, a classic paloma, or something more adventurous, Miatzil has a drink for every palate. Overall, Miatzil is a must-visit spot for anyone in Brooklyn who loves Mexican cuisine, great drinks, and welcoming energy. I can’t recommend it enough — this place has quickly become one of my favorites in the neighborhood!”

“Visited this restaurant last night and was blown away by the ambiance. I tried finding videos on tik tok and the ones that did appear did not give it the justice that it needs! The food and drinks were good. For drinks, I had the FresaBrosa, it was really good and I had was Once in New York, which was good as well, but strong lime taste. My cousin, had La Pasion de Julieta and La Caprichosa, she enjoyed both drinks. She was able to substitute the alcohol of her choice. As for the food, we had the Paella Mexicana and Ribeye steak, both really good options. And we couldn’t forget the esquite, I just wish it had some Tajin sprinkled on it. For dessert, we had our favorite, churros with vanilla ice cream! As for the service, they’re pretty relaxed, especially if you’re unsure of what you want to order. They allow you to take as long as you need and when you’re ready, wave a hand to get their attention. They played Mexican cultural music throughout the night. I recommend visiting this restaurant, we were pleased!”
