MISIPASTA, brought to you from the team at Misi & Lilia, is both a boutique to shop pasta and Italian specialities by Chef Missy Robbins and an aperitivo bar for cocktails and cicchetti.
“Top tier quality pasta: flavors were 10 / 10 and ingredients were fresh (they make all pastas in house). I really enjoyed the linguine ramp. My only gripe here is that portions are small and I would’ve preferred my ravioli pasta to be warmer than was served. Drinks were strong and the martini here was impec. The ricotta cheesecake was also very delicious but a little heavy for my taste. Space was cute, it was giving bistro vibes & backyard looked beautiful. Service was kind — our waiters were super helpful and attentive regarding my allergies. Pleasant dining experience.”
“absolutely loved this place! food and drinks were delicious and staff was awesome. if it's a nice day, definitely sit outside in the backyard! also make sure to pick up a lasagna to go!”
“Cute for a solo date or a small friendly group of 2-4! On a sunny day, the back patio is like an idyllic 4 star hotel sanctuary in the middle of young people Williamsburg madness. I bought some extruded linguini (visual guide: extruded = the non-yellow = just wheat flour, salt, and water, yellow = extruded + egg) which included a cute nonna pamphlet on how to cook it! I only had time to order a quick salad which scared me because I hate over paying for bullshit tiny bites but this was surprisingly quality — well balanced and satisfyin! From what I could see of the pasta dishes passing by, they look minimalist and delicious. Service is either very attentive (I love you glasses guy) or standoffish and impatient at the pasta market depending on who’s working. Shrug. Barstool chairs and (especially) the microscopic tables next to the sauces for sale inside are a bit uncomfy if you have back issues or enjoy feeling like you have room to move your elbows while eating. Back patio and seats facing outdoors feel more spacious!”
“Attended my second pasta dinner in December, and it was outstanding. These Tuesday-night tastings feature a six-course menu (5 pasta, 1 dessert) that’s constantly rotating… thoughtfully curated, always impressive, and never the same experience twice.”
“Pasta was very disappointing. Paid $25 for a pasta dish with no much taste and no meat and no veggie. Did not taste bad. Just not sure worth the price. Server provided good service. But I won’t come back again to pay this price for their pasta.”
