“I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was honestly one of the worst I’ve had in a restaurant. From the moment we sat down, the service was already disappointing. Our waiter basically ignored us, never checked on us, and made us feel like we were a burden just for being there. At one point he even made it clear we should “figure it out ourselves” instead of simply helping us. When we tried speaking to the manager, things got even worse. Instead of listening, she responded with pure attitude and basically told us to “go somewhere else” if we weren’t happy. I’ve never seen a manager speak to customers like that. Another server also suggested we go eat at another restaurant. Absolutely unbelievable. The food didn’t make up for it either. The meat arrived completely undercooked — not rare, not even close — more like it had just come straight out of the fridge. Zero flavor, zero effort. For the prices they charge, this is unacceptable. Overall, terrible service, rude staff, and bad food. I genuinely recommend avoiding this place. There are plenty of restaurants where they actually respect their customers and serve proper meals — this is not one of them.”
