Pisticci is a bustling Italian trattoria named after our home town in the Basilicata. We cook creative, homespun dishes that start from scratch with food we’ve grown ourselves, and we serve things up in a lively, entertaining space. We’ve tried to build Pisticci to reflect our passions and values: a love of honest cooking, an appreciation for the arts, and a belief that business can make the world better. That, and our weakness for a good cocktail bar. We hope to see you some time.
“Already planning my next visit back, truly a 10/10. The restaurant itself is beautiful & spacious. Service was top notch (shoutout Nick). The apps were delicious and both pasta dishes were fresh, the sauces were divine. Can’t wait to return!!”
“Perfect pancakes do exist 🥞✨ Crispy golden edges, fluffy centers - lemon crème and berries on the side. Finding a spot for special occasions is easy. But discovering places that deliver exceptional everyday food where I support local and align with B Corp values? That’s the real win. When all three come together, it’s a total trifecta—and worth celebrating just as much as any big occasion. 💛 #SupportLocal #BCorp #BrunchFinds”
“Great find! Highly recommend! (Please don't tell.) Excellent Italian food at reasonable Manhattan prices. Cozy ambience with surprisingly expansive space. Service very good. Had the special baked sea bass. Portion mildly on small side but delicious. The salmon, perfectly medium rare, and lamb ragu with flat noodles were scrumptious. Cocktails looked inviting, will try next time. Recommend making reservations.”
“We came with a party of three to Pisticci on a busy Wed eve but were seating right away. This was our third time trekking uptown and boy is this place worth the trip. We had the garlic bread, steamed mussels in spicy tomato sauce, and a special salad with Goat cheese feta and prosciutto for appetizers (all mouth-watering delights). We also had two artichoke appetizers which were disappointing after they were lovely on a previous visit. Our mains were all fantastic: Halibut special, Chicken in Sage and Orecchiette with Broccoli Rabe and Sausage. I’m a huge lover of the Orecchiette dish and have ordered it many times in many restaurants all over the city. This one was possibly the best I have ever had!”
“OMGGGGG there brunch so good like I can't express how good there Bacon Egg and Cheese on a croissant is, amazing! Kudos to the chief! The place is small but it's cute! Staff there are amazing too, I was with a group of 3 and got seated immediately as we walked through the door. This was my first time experiencing any food in Harlem and I'm not disappointed. Pricing for food ranged from 15$-25$. There's also fountain drinks available and juices (orange, apple, lemonade) if you prefer no alcohol.”
