When I say top tier, I mean perfectly seasoned, tender, and full of flavor in every bite. You can tell it was made with care. Adeola is the best server in here!!! And the drinks? Just as impressive. Smooth, well-balanced, and strong enough to set the mood without overpowering the experience 🍸 Between the food, drinks, and overall atmosphere, PLUM BK is definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. If you’re looking for a place that delivers on both flavor and vibe, this is it. 10/10 — highly recommend 💯”

“I was really looking forward to this visit, but unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing, especially given that our bill was nearly $300. We waited close to two hours for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. My three-year-old’s fries were ice cold. The lamb chops I ordered medium were served well-done and extremely overcooked, to the point that they were difficult to chew. The bang bang shrimp was covered in sauce which was not what I asked for. Overall, the food quality did not match the price point. The music was so loud that we had to yell across the table just to have a conversation. It made the environment uncomfortable rather than enjoyable. We also had repeated service issues. We asked for water and it did not arrive in a timely manner. The server, Shawna, was not welcoming and came across as dismissive when concerns were raised. For a restaurant charging these prices, customer service should be professional and attentive. For a $300 meal, we expected much better in terms of food quality, service, and overall experience. This was truly underwhelming and disappointing.”
