“Nice drinks and good happy hour deals, a decent place to hang out after work. But while sitting at the bar, the bartender accidentally splashed water on our faces and ignored it. When we mentioned it, she gave a casual “oh, sorry” and a napkin. It felt disrespectful and left a bad impression. I hope the staff handles such situations more thoughtfully in the future.”
