“Super friendly staff. And beautiful restaurant inside. Food and course was amazing and price was decent for full experience around $130 per plus anything else u would like to add. I loved every single piece. Would def come back. All chef are Asian and explain everything very well all passionate about their food.”
“Another solid omakase spot in NYC. Went for the 17 course and you are more than full by the end. Fun creative pieces of sushi, the sake pairing was a fun addition that wasn't cost prohibitive. Fish was fresh, the staff was very attentive, and the Chef we had was a blast to talk to not only about his own sushi experience but also his cooking history. I was honestly surprised the place was not more crowded than it was.”
“This is definitely the best omakase experience in New York. The staff were so friendly and lovely. Everytime we had a piece of the sushi, he would explain in detail what we were eating. They were so welcoming and made everything better. The sushi was amazing, it was melting in our mouth. I highly recommend this place!!❤️”
“Really great omakase experience. Fish was delicious and reasonably priced. Recommend to be there a bit early before the reservation start time to grab the best seat at the bar. Servers and chefs were all very hospitable and nice. We did the 12 course omakase. They brought out a little birthday dessert with music for people’s birthdays at the end. Tea was hot and delicious and they continue to refill it!”
“Sushi was good but not mind blowing in terms of taste or experience. I saw this mentioned on other reviews and was surprised because of the high rating and the photos. I have been at other spots where the fish was so fresh, the flavor combinations and creativity were on point, but this was not it. The staff is not super welcoming/accommodating and a lot of people were awkwardly standing around waiting to be seated. If you don’t have a lot of experience with sushi I think it’s worth a try but I would recommend getting the 12 or 15 piece sets instead of the 17. If you are an omakase connoisseur, I would probably pass.”
