The Welcome Appetizer, Sake Kasu Char Siu was the perfect opening, with rich sake lees aroma complementing the tender, flavorful char siu. Every skewer that followed was exceptional. The Thigh achieved the perfect balance of a beautifully charred exterior and an incredibly juicy, tender interior. The Tail delivered an irresistible richness from its rendered fat, while the Chicken Oyster completely exceeded my expectations—I never imagined chicken could taste this good. The Heart showcased the deep, satisfying flavor of offal without any unpleasant gaminess. What made the experience even more memorable was the professionalism of the entire team. Watching the chef work over the intense heat of the binchotan, carefully grilling each skewer with remarkable precision, was like watching an artist at work. Every course reflected true craftsmanship and genuine hospitality.”

The omakase journey was flawless—each skewer was grilled to perfection over binchotan charcoal, with that unmistakable smoky aroma and juicy texture. “From the second we walked in, the vibe was amazing. Everyone working there was so friendly — you could literally feel the good energy. The small touches made such a difference: everyone personally greeting you, pulling and pushing the chairs, even the chef walking you out when you leave, asking if you need help getting into your Uber. It’s hospitality done right. And the food… insane. Not one bad bite. Everything was so well done. I also loved the open-kitchen omakase setup — watching them cook everything right in front of you made it even cooler. And unlike a lot of omakase spots, I actually left full. Like, genuinely full — in the best way. Also, random shoutout to their ceramics — the plates, bowls, cups… all of it. Super nice and added to the whole aesthetic. Overall just a 10/10 night. Would absolutely go back.”
