Tre has been opened since 2007. We are cozy cute Italian restaurant, that offers comfort southern italian food.
“On Thursday nights, Tre has a special Taste & Toast dinner: 3 courses + unlimited wine for 2 hours for $60pp (including the tip). We started off with eggplant parm, meatballs, and fried artichokes. For mains, we all had pasta: carbonara, lemon pasta with peas & artichokes, and pappardelle with mushrooms. Dessert, tiramisu. The food was great, as was our waitress. The bartender, not so much.”
“Disappointing experience at Tre on a Wednesday night. The servers and atmosphere were fantastic, the negatives were all in in the food. We kept our order really simple: cacio e pepe and pasta al fungi. Both were mediocre to bad. The mushroom pasta was a tiny portion and I left hungry, though the pasta was well cooked. I could instantly tell the sauce was thickened with cornstarch - weird and not authentic - which left it bland and gloopy since they hadn't taken the time to properly cook down and thicken the sauce. Really just felt like a cheap shortcut. The cacio e pepe came split - oily and grainy from the cheese. My partner re-ordered the pasta vodka with sausage which was better in that it wasn't split, but the sausage was burnt and she couldn't finish it due to the overwhelming charred taste. Again, the service was great and both the cacio e pepe and vodka were taken off the check. Maybe just the wrong dishes or the wrong night, might still try again given the amount of positive reviews.”
“The entree redeem this place. Once seated I was greeted by the smell of bathroom and fabuloso, if it was just my husband and I we probably would’ve left but we were there with others. Proceeded order bread service that wasn’t good the oil tasted terrible and the red dipping sauce didn’t help. The meatballs was not great either. Also got aranici whist was really good but also fried in that bad oil, I was able to taste past it. I got the creamy pesto linguini, that was delicious. The vodka sauce with spicy sausage pasta was a crowd favorite as well as the Carbonara. The chicken parm is extra thin and crispy. Vegetarian options”
“We have come for the last 3 years because we love our bartender Frankie! The food is good and we are happy with our servers and waitstaff but Frankie makes our time here why we come! He is personable and fun to be around. He makes the best drinks and keeps us coming back! We are so glad we have gotten to know him and he makes the atmosphere inviting and enjoyable!”
“Atmosphere great, service great, food needs a lot of work. All I could taste was the salt and nothing else. The price tag isn’t proportionate to its taste.”
