“Came for Happy Hour. Food is delicious. I had the shrim and fries $10 meal as well as the Catfish Trio. It was all well seasoned. I also had the Soft Serve Margarita which was delicious. Lissy is a great bartender. She was polite, welcoming and very attentive. The owner took time to speak with me which makes me feel appreciated as a patron. I will be returning.”

“That is truly wonderful. The food is exceptionally delicious, even the leftovers are quite delightful. The music is excellent, and the atmosphere is superb. The servers were very professional, and they even offered me a complimentary shot for my birthday.”

“My boyfriend and I along with our daughter went to this restaurant. My bestfriend told me about this spot and I was interested. The scenery is beautiful. The music was definitely the icing on the cake. The food was amazing. However , we had to wait an hour for our meal , my boyfriend wasn’t happy about that. Nonetheless, it was worth the wait. He enjoyed his drink as well. He definitely enjoyed his Father’s Day. Mission accomplished !!!”

“Had a decent brunch experience at Velvet Room. IDs are checked upon entry, and we were seated in the back. Our server came over within a reasonable amount of time and provided good service throughout the meal. They also offer mocktails for anyone who doesn’t drink, which was a nice option. The only downside was that they were very strict about the menu and what was included with each dish. We weren’t able to make any substitutions, which was a bit disappointing. I ordered a side of lobster and, for some reason, expected it to be grilled rather than fried. The flavor was just okay. The others in my group enjoyed their meals, though. Overall, I would return, but I’d probably try the regular dinner menu instead of brunch next time.”
