“This is our new family favorite hotel to stay at when Visiting the parks. The location, amenities, and staff were all great. The hotel has plenty of food option with flexible hours. The most convenient for us was the Dutch cafe. I was hesitant because of one review saying the lines are long, which we ate at 4 times and only had a long wait during peak hours around 9am, if you get down earlier between 7-8 there were no lines, regardless they are staffed with plenty of people all very friendly and quick. The water taxi was our most enjoyable amenity that we used multiple time per day. The only thing we did not enjoy was the bathroom’s in the rooms, they are small and the sliding door between the toilet and sink doesn’t provide much privacy. The pool, gym, and front desk staff were all great. We will definitely be back to stay here.”
“Wow! Sapphire Falls Resort is amazing! The staff are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Every question we had they handled it quickly. I love that the parks are a short boat ride away or a short walk. Our room was clean and smelled great! The restaurants in the hotel offer great food and the staff there are very polite and professional. We enjoyed the massive pool as well and I liked that there were always a lot of lifeguards on duty. This is a great place to stay!”
“Amazing stay. Starts off strong with the wonderful hotel smell and leis as you walk in. Overall cleanliness from lobby to pools to rooms. Proximity to the two original parks and the parking garage is nice as well. This is a great place for those to stay who want the water taxi feature with a more affordable price point. Shower had lots of pressure. TV was huge. Pool has large hot tub and fire pit. We have stayed at hard Rock and Royal Pacific in previous trips but think we enjoyed ourselves the most at Sapphire Falls. The Amatista Cookhouse is an excellent choice for out of park dining. And the Drhum Kantine at the Pool has some great food options as well. Our family of five adults was able to get adjoining rooms. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.”
“We stayed at this resort over the weekend and honestly had such a great experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. One of my favorite little touches was that someone at the front entrance greets guests and gives out leis during check-in—it immediately sets a warm, vacation vibe. The lobby itself smells absolutely amazing, which might sound small, but it really adds to the overall experience and makes a great first impression every time you walk in. The location is also a huge plus—it’s very close to Volcano Bay theme park. Although we didn’t get a chance to visit since we arrived late and were only there for one night, it’s definitely convenient if you’re planning to go. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean, which is always a big deal for me. The overall property was stunning and relaxing—perfect for a quick weekend getaway. We really felt like we could unwind and enjoy the atmosphere. Service throughout our stay was excellent. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about the guest experience. They even accommodated us with a late checkout with no issues, which we really appreciated given our late arrival. Overall, it was exactly what we needed—a relaxing and enjoyable escape. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice weekend stay.”
“I was not pleased with the room. The bed covering looked old and dingy. There were stains. I get that dogs are present and a weight restriction should be enforced. A room down the hall had two black labs. So I understand the destruction but we all should not be punished. Not to mention we pay full price and a pet fee. The rims definitely need a major cleaning and upgrade. The hotel should more guest friendly. A common area that offers food and a microwave to reheat meals brought in from the park. I preferred the Endless Summer hotel over this one. We will not stay here again. I had such anxiety over the room cleanliness.”
