Mews Restaurant is a Fusion restaurant in the Provincetown neighborhood of Provincetown.
“We rediscovered The Mews when they had the pop-up at The Waterford, and now it is one of our favorite restaurants in Ptown. We have eaten in the newly renovated building a few times already since it opened. The food has been delicious and the service, flawless. The host and servers are all friendly and welcoming, and my wife and I love the atmosphere. The tofu vindaloo is an-time favorite of mine, and recently, there was a fried cauliflower appetizer that was out of this world. The wine list is excellent, too. I love that they have a Vernaccia from San Gimignano, which is not easy to find. The all-around dining experience is wonderful.”
“It’s the type of place where you want to spend your time. The bar servers are welcoming and fun, making it a warm environment when you’re just popping in for a quality meal by yourself. They were the best part of my time at The Mews. The vibe is, “you’ve worked hard, enjoy yourself now.” My Thai Martini was yummy and the cauliflower steak was beautifully presented. I would enjoy more romesco. Someday I’ll save room just for dessert :)It’s the type of place where you want to spend your time. “First visit and great food and service. Windows seats face the waterfront. I only tried mushroom ravioli as i an a prefer vegan (sometimes vegitarian if eatingout). It was good. I visited May 5th, so didn't not need reservations but ask during the season as they may get busy.”
“It was our first time visiting The Mews, and what a delightful visit it was! Let’s start by saying that the dining room is stunning, warm and contemporary. Our server Niyazi was extremely knowledgeable and attentive, never rushed us and always made sure that we were happy! Our cocktails were just perfect, the oysters were fresh and clean (served with a champagne mignonette that brought tears to my eyes), the artichoke cakes were divine! I got the best halibut dish I had all week and my partner got the “Melted Cabbage” which was divine! To finish our meal we had the Key Lime pie and it did NOT disappoint! Thank you to The Mews for a spectacular dining experience, we will be back next time we are in Provincetown! P.S. Thank you for being so accommodating towards my partner’s request to propose to me, surely a night I will remember for the rest of my life!”
“Dining at The Mews was long anticipated after a long absence. The setting is stunning, with sweeping views of Provincetown Bay and beyond. The elegant interior offers a mix of cozy booths for an intimate dining experience and window-side tables for two or four, all perfectly positioned to take advantage of the spectacular scenery. Service was flawless from start to finish. Although the menu is relatively small and no specials were offered, our server provided thoughtful guidance in helping us make our selections. We began with the house-made focaccia and hummus. Unfortunately, as a passionate bread baker and focaccia lover, I found the bread disappointing. While it featured visible rosemary and a rich, buttery flavor, it was toasted, dense, and heavy, bearing little resemblance to the light, airy focaccia I had anticipated. For my entrée, I chose the swordfish loin. The accompanying tapenade was more akin to a sun-dried tomato spread, and when paired with wild rice and a sweet sauce, the combination felt somewhat disjointed. My partner, however, thoroughly enjoyed his duck entrée. His Zed Martini special was exceptional, easily ranking among the top five martinis of his life. Our server was wonderful and elevated the entire experience. While some of the food fell short of expectations, the breathtaking setting, impeccable service, and memorable cocktails made for a very enjoyable evening overall.”
