“Ashley provided exceptional service this evening and we greatly appreciate it. Ashley was attentive without being intrusive and provided excellent menu insights. Every server at any restaurant should strive to be as good as Ashley.The atmosphere at this table was too dark! I suggest putting the small USB table lamps on on tables because people are taking out their mobile phones to use the flashlight just to read the menu. The food was terrific. I had the special, crab and brie stuffed salmon with broccoli and turmeric rice. Delicious! It may be my new favorite. 🤩”

“We had an amazing experience at Kona Grill! The chicken wings were definitely the highlight — the teriyaki seasoning was incredibly flavorful and perfectly done. Jacob, our server, truly made the night exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and easily the best service we’ve had in months. His recommendations and overall vibe made the whole experience even better. We’ll absolutely be back, especially to check out their happy hour. Also Highly recommend the burger with over easy egg and side of sweet potatos.”

“Had such a great experience at Kona Grill! We tried the Taste of Kona menu, which is a 3-course meal for $39 per person, and it was absolutely worth it. Every course was flavorful and well-portioned—we left feeling completely satisfied. The service really made the experience even better. Our waitress, Marissa, was so kind, attentive, and made sure everything came out perfectly. Overall, great food, great value, and great service. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!”

“This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We waited almost 50 minutes for our food after ordering, and during that entire time, no soup or starter was served first. To make things worse, another table that came in after us received their food before we did. Completely unacceptable service. When the food finally arrived, every single dish we ordered was extremely salty and unpleasant to eat. We ended up leaving most of the food unfinished because the taste was unbearable. Paying over $200 for food we couldn’t even enjoy felt ridiculous and honestly upsetting. On top of that, the waiter accidentally spilled drinks on my bag and shopping paper bags, which made the experience even more frustrating. There was little sense of urgency or care afterward. Between the terrible service, long wait, careless staff, and overly salty food, this entire visit felt like a nightmare. Very disappointed and definitely will not be coming back.”
