“Had a wonderful experience at Osteria Danny! The bartender made an Orange Spritz that was absolutely amazing. The food was equally impressive. The bada bing shrimp was outstanding, and the eggplant parm was so good. What really made the evening special was the service. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our meal. The shrimp was so good I’m still dreaming about it. I’ll definitely be back!”

“This place is a real gem. It is definitely the best meal for the dollar we have had in this area. The shrimp was very well done and the sauce had a nice flavor, not over powering. The skirt steak was cooked just right. The flavor was incredible. Potatoes were cooked well. The pasta was very creamy with a great flavor. The ravioli were huge. They could have been cooked a little more, but the flavor was really good. They serve bread that is incredible with butter and a bean spread. The spread had some amazing bursts of flavors. The coconut cream pie was very good. The crust was a little plain, but when you mixed the pie, caramel sauce and whipped cream together, it was really good. The cake was very flavorful. It was soaked in the caramel sauce. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The place was very clean with lots of personal touches all over. The prices range from the 20s to the 70s, depending on what you get. Most in the 20 to 30 range. Definitely worth it!”

“Had a great dinner at Danny’s last weekend. I was with two friends who had never been. I have been many times, but since it changed ownership, only a few. This was probably my best experience there of all time. We started with small plates, octopus, bada bing shrimp (5 stars) and a chopped salad. Octopus was fresh and grilled perfectly. All of us got the filet w lobster butter. All 3 steaks were cooked perfectly and the butter was insanely good. We all wanted to order the rigatoni allá vodka for dinner, but none of us were brave enough to have it as a main course. So, we ordered it for the table! I eat t vodka sauce a lot (probably too much) and I can say honestly that was one of the best ones I’ve ever had. First off, huge portion. Yummy creamy sauce, and this one has pulled chicken. So good. We had espresso for dessert and got a coconut cream pie to go. Quang our server was insightful, calm and cool. Was a great experience top to bottom and I can’t wait to come back!”

“Summary: I have no idea how this place charges what they charge and people still come here. The service was incredibly bad. The food was overly mediocre, with highlights like artificial instant mashed potatoes really setting a low bar. I would not come back and I do not recommend it. We sat on the patio, which sounds lovely in theory, but in practice it was freezing cold with what I can only describe as a $10 Amazon heating fan doing absolutely nothing to help. If you’re going to seat guests outside in cold weather, invest in a real heater. That is the bare minimum. The space was also incredibly tight. I lost count of how many times I had to pull my shoulder in so someone could squeeze past me. The service was genuinely one of the worst I’ve experienced. We waited a long time just to see a waiter, and once we did, he was virtually absent. He apologized profusely at one point and offered us more bread as a gesture. The bread never came. The poor service just continued. To make things worse, every dish came out lukewarm. The chicken dish was the most disappointing. The mashed potatoes were unmistakably instant, the kind from a packet, with that fake, artificial flavor that is hard to miss. For a dish in the $60 range, that is honestly pretty embarrassing. The chicken itself was okay but leaning dry, and the green beans tasted like an afterthought, barely cooked and completely unseasoned. The sauce was aggressively salty. The pasta was actually the one bright spot. The shredded chicken worked well, the pasta was cooked to a perfect al dente, and the thick sauce paired nicely with it. Credit where it is due. The steak experience capped off the night perfectly. We specifically asked our waiter if the sauce could come on the side. He said, and I quote, “yes, we can 100% do that.” It came out smothered in sauce. At that point we just wanted to leave and did not even bother sending it back. The green beans here were, again, a total afterthought. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about the experience they are delivering.”
