“We had a great experience at The Saint during our visit to St. Augustine. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and we were seated in an oceanfront area under great shade, which made it feel cool and comfortable even in the middle of summer humidity. The setting was fresh, relaxing, and had a great atmosphere. Our server, Danny, did an excellent job—he was attentive, gave us great recommendations, and helped guide us through our order. We ordered the ravioli and the short rib pasta, and both were excellent. The ravioli had amazing flavor, and the short rib pasta was rich and delicious. We also got the bread, which was a great start to the meal. Overall, we really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend The Saint to anyone visiting the area.”

“6 of us went out to dinner here to give this place a try. We had a 5:15 reservation on a Friday. We were greeted at the front door with several guy hosts that took us to our table. Very nice interior. We sat inside downstairs by the window over looking the water. It was raining so we didn’t sit in the rooftop. Ordered a few drinks and appetizers to get started. They have a good selection of bourbons for my old fashion. I got a double oak Woodford and another got the four roses (their well). The girls all got frufru drinks, one with sorbet and another that looked like a mai tai. Our server Niki was in her final day of training. She was great. Very friendly and smiling. Seemed glad to be there. You don’t always get a server that likes what they are doing. She definitely got our vote. Great job Niki!! I ordered a short rib meal and it’s a picture I took with a huge bone and pile of meat. Very taste and quite a bit of food. The calamari was probably my favorite dish. It was perfectly cooked. Crispy and the mustard dipping sauce was amazing. I didn’t take pictures of everything. But they all were good choices. Now river and fort has some competition. That used to be our go to restaurant in st Augustine.”

“We had dinner at Saint during our mini-moon and sat outside, which made for such a lovely evening with the beautiful weather and great atmosphere. Our server was fantastic (I wish I remembered her name!), and the overall experience felt so special. We started with drinks, the bread service, and calamari — all of which were so delicious. For dinner, we shared the steak and it was absolutely divine. To make the night even sweeter, they surprised us with a complimentary dessert since we were on our honeymoon. We had the lemon blueberry cheesecake and it was amazing. Such a memorable dinner and we would definitely return on our next visit to St. Augustine!”

“Beautiful venue and food presentation. The octopus appetizer with potatoes was so flavorful. I could have ate a whole plate of it. The NY steak was cooked perfectly how I wanted it. My husband got the lamb chops he said seasoning was delicious. If you want a nice fancier dinner I would recommend. The cocktails are also worth trying! (they are strong lol)”

“We visited Saint Italian Restaurant for Sunday brunch and overall had a great experience. We ordered the Americano, the Chicken Saltimbocca Parmesan, a side of bread, and a poinsettia mimosa. Everything was absolutely delicious, the food was flavorful, well-prepared, and clearly high quality. The service was excellent and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a really enjoyable brunch spot in St. Augustine. The only downside was that the restroom toilet was quite filthy, which was surprising given how nice the rest of the restaurant is. It would be great if restrooms were checked more frequently. That said, we would definitely return for the food, drinks, and overall experience.”
