“Aaron was so friendly, funny, and engaging. He knew the menu up and down, left to right, and made a delicious meal even better! The food was right sized and flavorful. Presentation was top shelf. This is an expensive meal but worth every dollar. I had the sea bass, which was described as “the most perfect dish on the menu” and I agree. The flavor of the dish’s individual parts and how they came together was special. The lightly crisp fish, potato texture, garnish and presentation were top notch. For dessert we shared the cinnamon sugar donut holes with maple whipped cream topped with fresh bacon bits. The texture of warm donut holes (gluten free) with the sweet and salty whipped cream and bacon was the perfect end to a beautiful night.”
“My daughter surprised me with dinner here for Mother’s Day. She reserved the chef’s table. 🥰 Eric our server was wonderful. The food was delicious. We will be back.”
“Excellent dining experience all around. From the table service, food, and the warm and inviting atmosphere - everything was to notch. Our waiter Mike, made the entire visit just as pleasant - he took the time to thoroughly explain what we were in for with the food and also other dining options available. As a result we plan to try the chefs counter experience at our next visit. Be prepared for a higher valued menu here, but the quality and preparation of the food was worth it.”
“The Tavern Kitchen & Bar delivered an experience that felt genuinely elevated. The ambience wrapped the whole night in a kind of quiet confidence, like the space already knew it was the right choice. The menu didn’t just impress; it showed real intention. Every dish arrived with flavor that felt fully thought-out, not just thrown together. The team there made the night even better. Service was attentive without hovering, friendly without being forced. You can tell they take pride in taking good care of their guests. If you’re looking for a place that blends great food, atmosphere, and hospitality without trying too hard, this spot deserves a visit. It’s the kind of restaurant you walk into once and already know you’ll be back.”
“The meal began with their Parmesan pull-apart bread, which was a nice touch. It was tasty, although there was a little more Parmesan on top than I personally prefer. One unique detail I appreciated was that they include the recipe card for the bread with your check, a fun and thoughtful surprise. We also ordered the toasted ravioli, and it was hands down the best we’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and absolutely worth ordering. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting. For our entrées, my husband ordered the Steak Frites and I had the Char Siu Pork. Both dishes were good and well prepared, but neither was particularly memorable or something we’d rave about. What really stood out was the service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. We would come back again and try other entrees.”
