“Love it here. Good for watching games, playing pulltabs, etabs, there are a few arcade type games, crane games and two dart boards. Lots of different style seating for comfort, bar, booth, high tops, low tops, combination seating. Wings are full size, flatbreads are delicious. Do not underestimate the diablo burger, it will not be only hot, it will be fire. Know this! It is delicious if you love burn-your-face-off heat and flavor. If you don't like onions (detest them in my case), know that the onions and tomatoes are pre-mixed (think nachos) that is my only comment regarding a disappointment. The temperature inside is very comfortable (thank goodness) you can take your coat off and stay awile without freezing like other places. Naturally, if you choose to sit next to a door, there will be a draft, but overall, it is very temperature friendly. Service is good! Friendly and helpful.”

“This review is based on the Mother’s Day brunch This was our first time attending a brunch at Ray J’s, we typically go to another establishment for both Easter and Mothe’s day. The pros of the brunch: The restaurant was decorated with white tablecloths, and all the servers were dressed in black slacks, white shirts and black ties. The team looked sharp! They had many options that were hot and very flavorful. The variety was very nice as there really was something for everyone. I must say the pasta salad was my favorite with the cheesy hashbrowns a close second! The ribs were tender and juicy (a side of bbq sauce would have made them perfect!) Biscuits and gravy were wonderful, and they had a nice verity of breakfast options. The staff constantly filled the food, that was very impressive. The food was always hot and fresh. It was perfectly priced and the value wonderful. Now for the cons, which I only have a few, but worth commenting on. The doors were supposed to open at 10am, they did not open until 10:05 or so. There were elderly people standing in line and it was obvious a couple of people needed to sit down. Once the doors finally opened, they did a great job getting everyone seated quickly, however, the food was not ready. We sat and waited another 10-15 minutes before the food was ready. The buffet area is very small, and the line long for the food. With the people lined up, we decided to wait for the line to get smaller before we went and got our food, which was another half hour or so before going to get our food. They should really figure out a better set up for the buffet. They have a beautiful private dining room that was not utilized. It would have been perfect for the buffet so that both sides of the buffet were accessible or for extra tables instead of asking people to leave who were just enjoying their coffee and letting their stomachs rest! Yes, we watch three different occasions where people being asked to leave! Overall, this was a very good and tasty buffet, and I give it 4 out of 5 stars! Nice job to the entire Ray J’s team!”

“Love this large comfortable neighborhood restaurant. Always buzzing but never a long wait. Food is solid with unique choices like the cauliflower wings and the Nutty Rooster wing sauce, which is peanut with a kick. Tonight we had the all-you-can-eat fish fry with big pieces of beer-battered pollock. Hot and delicious! Enjoyed a coconut mojito with it. Servers are friendly and attentive. Love this reliable sports bar/restaurant.”
