“I wish I'd gotten pictures of the appetizer and dessert! We started with Papa a La Huancaína (Veg, GF)--great flavors. Our entrees are pictured below. Their plating was better than what's shown...we couldn't wait to dig in! My hisband and son both loved the flavor, noting you could really taste the chii. Im not much of a risotto fan. Good thing I didn't get it. I had the pasta dish with the fillet. The waiter did not steer me wrong. The fillet with grilled to perfection. And the pasta for super yummy. For dessert, we each got a Tres Leches Del Día with paired with their superb black coffee. We left full and with takeaway bags. They are a little pricey, but the portions are big. Great place for a celebratory dinner!!6”
“First time going here last night before the show. It came highly recommended by 4-5 different sets of friends and family. They were not wrong!! What a great Peruvian restaurant in Syracuse! A tasty drink list in diverse menu. Our server Xavier was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable of the food and drinks.”
“My husband and I had a lovely experience at Inka’s! We arrived around 4 p.m. and had no wait for a table. Our server, Xavier, was super knowledgeable about the menu and was able to give good advice for drinks. The ceviche was amazing, super fresh and delicious—and I don’t even like fish! Our mains were also very good and the chocolate tres leches was a refreshing finish to the meal. Overall, the prices are worth it and we can’t wait to go back!”
“We came in from Maryland to visit family over the holidays. The restaurant itself is so beautifully decorated and ambience is very nice. The waitstaff were amazing as well. Our family all ordered different items. We all loved our meals. We left feeling so full and we couldn't stop talking for the rest of the night about this meal. My husband and I love traveling and this restaurant felt like it could be in a major city for how amazing the experience was. The Maricuya Pisco Sour and Pulpo a la Parilla were divine! But highly recommend the Salmón Con Mantequilla De Naranja, Arroz Chaufa (Seafood), Sweet Plantains, Panceta De Cerdo, Eggplant a La Brasa! Don't forget to get the Alfajor dessert-it's simply delicious.”
“We went to Inka for our anniversary and had a really nice evening. Within walking distance from the Syracuse Marriott Downtown (used to be the Syracuse Hotel). The cocktails were delicious, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was very good and presented in a fun, creative way. The ceviche was absolutely incredible and is a must-order...it was the perfect balance of spicy & sweet and the highlight of the meal. The only minor downside was that our table was seated right next to the area where plates were cleared and silverware was stored, which was a little distracting at times. Other than that, it was a great experience, a nice night out and a place I'd recommend for a night out on the town.”
