“Jeff, Sarah, Sal, and the entire staff at Patricia’s did an amazing job making every moment of our party a success. The service was impeccable, the food was absolutely delicious, and every detail was handled with care and professionalism. My daughter’s party was such a success because of this well-oiled machine working seamlessly behind the scenes. Thank you all for helping create such a memorable celebration for our family. We truly appreciate all of your hard work and dedication! I highly recommend Patrica's to host your next event !”
“Last night was our second time dining at Patricia's, though the first time was at their Downtown location. Regardless, this is now one of my favorite restaurants. Every meal is delicious, and the verity of specials is great. What really impressed me last night was the efficiency of the operation. It was dinner time on a Saturday night. The busiest time of the week for most restaurants. We were seated almost immediately (We had reservations). Our server, Michelle, greeted us shortly after sitting. Bread and bottles of water soon followed. Our orders were taken quickly and accurately. I was amazed how fast our appetizers and entrées came out. Again, the food is amazing, and Michelle and her team checked in on us frequently but too too pesty. The table was cleared and we had check in hand just as efficiently. As someone who manages a company of over 75 employees, I can appreciate a "well oiled machine". Thank you for a great dining experience!”
“Four of us truly enjoyed the food. It’s one of the best Italian we had. We ordered the Burrata and Meatballs with ricotta, salad and hot longs for appetizers and they were amazing. Our entrees were Chicken Parmigiana, Seafood Risotto, Chicken Milanese, and Sea Bass Oreganato. All were plentiful and absolutely delicious. No complaints at all. Dessert we had Pistachio Gelato and Bread Pudding. Staff were very attentive. Looking forward to going back again to try new dishes. I was eyeing my husband’s chicken parmigiana and think that’s my next choice. Thanks to the chef and staff for making our night out rememberable.”
“I’ll be honest my first time ordering takeout wasn’t my favorite, and I wasn’t sure if I’d go back. But I’m really glad I gave it another chance and dined in. It was a completely different experience. The food was fresh and delicious, and I’ve been back several times since. So happy I gave this place another shot definitely worth dining in!!!”
“As mentioned several times in other recent reviews this restaurant is over crowded .. noisey and unprepared .. allow me to explain. Our table of 8 was seated on a crowded 6 person table. The bread & oil presented was the same 7 sliced portion the 2 person table next to us was served. When asked if i could have a water glass for my dinner i was rudely told that the 6oz juice glass WAS my water glass. No i could not have a larger pint glass and to not ask again. Me and my wifes chairs were constantly being kicked by the waitress the servers. And apparently it is expected that everyone pass the full plates out and at the end pass the half emptied plates back down to the staff rather then them doing their jobs placing them. 3 apps ordered ... 2 came right out. The 3rd was placed after the 1st two were gone. Then 7 out of the 8 entrées were placed. We all waited for the last plate for about 3-5 minutes. When the server came back to check on us i inquired as to where the last entrée was. I was scolded again for asking then informed that the kitchen isnt big enough to do all 8 plates at the same time! Are you kidding me? This is a commercial kitchen .. not a kitchen in a 600 sq foot apt in NYC. Everyones pasta was so starchy it was sticking to your teeth. Meatballs were bland. And the Nonnas Sunday Sauce is served in a pot the size of a trough! Very tacky. My wife ate a small portion of her dinner leaving almost all of it to be boxed up for take home. When it finally was removed and returned in said box a 3rd of it was missing! The server tossed perfectly good food because it wouldnt fit into the small container! When management finally got involved i was informed that they do not have enough pint glasses to serve just water. And that i must be mistaken that our waitress has never had issues with customers before. If youve made it this far in my review i can honestly say that i havent had this bad of an experience at a sit down restaurant in a very long time. Service was rude. Food was just blah and management doesnt seem to care. This ISNT the only Italian restaurant around here. Do yourself a favor and have your pasta dinner someplace else.”
