“We chose this beautiful, cozy, homey restaurant to celebrate my dear friend’s birthday, and I’m still thinking about how special the whole night felt. Set inside a stunning Victorian home in the Little Italy area, the atmosphere alone already feels magical but what they created for us went far beyond expectations. I had asked for something intimate, and they gave us the most breathtaking private dining space for the four of us, decorated with natural flowers and candles everywhere. It felt warm, elegant, and incredibly personal. From the moment we arrived, the service was just as memorable. Our hostess was so welcoming, and our wonderful waiter Nico truly went above and beyond to make the evening feel effortless and special. Mike, the bartender, was also incredible he came by to chat with us and his cocktails were absolutely delicious. We also had the fun option of an iPad at our table where we could choose our own music and set the vibe we wanted, which made the whole experience feel even more intimate and tailored to us. The food was absolutely delicious, and I love that their menu changes weekly it means every visit will be something new and exciting. Also, don’t miss their beautifully designed washroom… candle-lit, vintage-inspired, and full of charm. It honestly felt like a private chef experience in such a thoughtfully designed space. A big thank you to the owners, Rachel and Michael, for creating such a special place and for having such an incredible team. We’ll definitely be back to celebrate more moments especially when the patio opens! Such a beautiful and unforgettable experience!”

A rotating cocktail menu that has no wrong options (Non-alcoholic options too). Then to top it off a warm staff that makes you feel like an old friend.”

“Such a great spot! My friend and I stopped by on a Wednesday and it was nice and quiet. Rachel took care of everything from start to finish, and honestly the service felt like something you’d get at a fine dining place. Working in the same industry myself, I know how tough it is to switch up the menu every week, not to mention how that impacts margins. But it was clear they’re not chasing just profit here. They’re all about their food philosophy and flavor, which really made the whole experience stand out for me as these days so many restaurants stick to the same safe, cookie-cutter dishes. So it was super refreshing to see a place with their own point of view, using local ingredients and pushing creative, experimental dishes. As a foodie, I was genuinely impressed. Also, the service was amazing, it really added to the whole vibe. Having the executive chef as our server? That says everything. You could tell she really knew and cared about what she was serving:)”

“Lovely Atmosphere, Zero Flavor! We went to Hampton Restaurant on Valentine’s Day and shared two set menus — one meat-eater, one pescatarian — hoping for a delicious night. The place is warm, cozy, and the staff are super friendly. But the food? Valentine’s Day for the eyes, not the stomach! Lamb, duck, oysters, vegetables — all looked good but tasted like someone had surgically removed every bit of flavor ike cardboard in fancy clothes.. We kept asking for lemon just to bring something out of the dishes, and even then it barely helped. Dessert was the only thing that hit the mark. Hampton: perfect vibes, flawless service… 0/10 for making your mouth feel alive.”
