“From the moment we walked in, 30 minutes before closing, this place exceeded our expectations. Sarah made us feel genuinely welcome with zero awkwardness or shaming (sadly rare these days). That alone set the tone for an exceptional experience. Joshua, our server, delivered true 5-star service: attentive without hovering, thoughtful recommendations, and just the right amount of conversation (warm, personable, and professional). The chef’s creativity and execution are outstanding. Every dish had clear, intentional flavor distinctions. You could actually taste the intricacy of each ingredient. We started with the Burrata Salad, and I can honestly say I’ve never had anything like it. Absolutely incredible. The Short Rib Ravioli followed, and once again, the ingredient choices and flavor balance completely blew me away. We also enjoyed the bacon-wrapped shrimp with its Asian/jalapeño flavor profile. I thought it was bold, unique, and perfectly done. Drinks were just as impressive. My wife enjoyed a great Cabernet Sauvignon, while I had both the Peach Cobbler Old Fashioned (wildly unique and amazing) and a traditional Old Fashioned. Both were exceptional. I’m honestly baffled by anyone who’s had a bad experience here. This may be one of the best meals I’ve ever had, and I’ve eaten at a lot of places all over the world. I highly recommend this restaurant without reservation… though you should definitely make a reservation if you want to eat here. 😄”
