“We stopped by again yesterday for a mid-afternoon drink and share a sandwich. We had a chicken sandwich and fries. The fries were very good and we took most of them home. The sandwich was ok. They did have a short beer, which is always a plus for me. Our server was Adam, who was very friendly and attentive. I think we will visit again and I will have a burger ,which looked very good. Most their products were local and organic, also a plus. .. We visited Nighthawks today for the first time. Some family members were there also. We were all treated very kindly by Sean, our server. He was very upbeat and very attentive, trying to take care of all our gastronomic desires. We sat outside and the family members brought their dog. Sean was very kind to the 🐕 and brought her a bowl of water to drink. The drinks arrived promptly as did the food. Every one enjoyed the food and the time. The 2 children in the family also had a good time. These family times together are precious and was savored at Nighthawks. I will definitely return.”

“Every time I come here I am amazed at the variety of unique dishes. The ingredients are always fresh and the flavor combinations of the food are incredible. I recently dined here for Sunday brunch and ate one of the most delicious meals I've ever had. They seriously never miss.”

“I've only been to Nighthawks twice, but both times were memorable. The first time we went for dinner, vibes were great, food was amazing, and cocktails were delish. Recently, we went for brunch, and both my boyfriend and I had the spicy braised beef cheek with cheese grits, pickled peppers, crispy onions, and basil pesto. My boyfriend literally said, "It's probably one of the best meals I've had in a long time." The flavor combination in this dish was incredible—everything complemented each other perfectly. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water! And can we talk about the presentation? Absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend making reservations in advance since they’re pretty busy on weekends for brunch. Can’t wait to visit again! 😩🤤🤤”

“I've eaten at this place several times since recently moving to Troy, hell I ate there twice in one day my first week in the neighborhood but I quickly learned the food quality, the service, it's all inconsistent. Depending on who's cooking or who's waiting tables you're dining experience can go from something you want to tell your friends about to something that prompts you to go online and leave a poor review. My first few experiences here were great and it just went downhill from there. My last two meals here were terrible, a dry burger and tonight a chicken sandwich where the fried chicken was thin and flat like chicken parm but no worries, here's a mountain of over salted fries to make up for the fact that this sandwich feels like a kids meal. With so many options in the area my money is better spent elsewhere.”
