The culinary program features ingredients and techniques from South America and Europe, with a shared dining menu composed of small and large dishes. The wine program is focused on the Old World and South America, featuring a balance of classic and off the grid wines.
“I came here last Friday night with 3 close friends and had the most amazing time. You can tell they care about you and your experience. We ordered a few appetizers and a few entrees. The Butter & Bread is a must get! It was phenomenal. Other highlights include the Hamachi Crudo, Chicken Liver Parfait, and Chorizo dumplings. This place is a hidden gem and has restored some of my faith in DC restaurants. The owner was extremely nice and personally greeted everyone in our party. He is very humble, but you can tell he has perfected this craft. My favorite dish was most likely the Chorizo Dumpling and Chocolate Cake dessert. The chef gifted us with a round of champagne after dessert which was amazing; It was the cherry on top to an extremely memorable meal. Thank you for keeping up the amazing work!”
“Ceibo has great and uncommon combinations of flavors. It is fairly priced, with warm, attentive staff. We sat in the cozy basement dining area, which leaves something to be desired on the blank walls. Additionally, there was no decor or furniture that absorbed sound, so it was quite loud in there, even with only a few tables with guests. We had a hard time hearing our server and each other. Other than that, the vibe is quite nice for a date night. We will come back.”
“Beautiful, intimate, and absolutely delicious! My friends and I stopped here for a nice dinner and we were wholly impressed. Our waitressed seemed genuinely passionate about the menu and her service skills were impeccable. The food itself was masterfully served, and we were very happy with the generous amuse-bouche offered by the chef. After dinner we took a tour of the bar downstairs which looked like a lovely space. I would definitely return again to try the bar.”
“Such a wonderful experience. The food and cocktails were fabulous. The atmosphere was perfect; quaint and comfortable. Our waiter (manuel) provided outstanding service. I would highly recommend.”

This place restored my hope for DC restaurants. Hidden gem and i want them to stay that way. Not everyone have good taste Humberto was amazing, so as the owner. Very genuine and humble. Honestly i cannot pinpoint which course was the best. What i know for sure is the steak was so unforgettable . Next time i am gonna go all out and try their tasting menu.
