“Wow! What a great experience. I recommend getting reservations for dinner. I also recommend going with friends who like to share so that you can try EVERYTHING! Our table of four got apps and meals and shared it all. I’m not even a huge seafood lover and it was all so delicious.”
“The server was super nice and patient and the food was delicious! Ten out of ten recommend wether if you are stopping by or local to the area!”
“My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and heard so many good things about all the food! Our expectations were met! We were seated in a closed off outdoor area and it was very cozy. Our server was great (I can’t remember her name) and very sweet. We tried the rum flight and it was worth the try, the mezcal cocktail was also delicious. The ceviche sampler, you have to get it! Everything was so fresh and delicious. Can’t wait to go back and explore their menu further.”
“Beautiful restaurant with three different seating options (patio, dining room, garden room). I’d recommend a reservation if you want to go for dinner on the weekends. Food was lovely and the staff were friendly. We got the tuna tartare special and coconut shrimp. Any time we are craving seafood in WB, this will be our first choice.”
“We had a fantastic experience at Ceviche’s! Everything from start to finish was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We began with the Elote salsa and GOAT guacamole, both full of fresh, vibrant flavors and a great way to kick off the meal. For entrees, we tried the ropa vieja, scallop risotto, blackened scallops with smoked pork belly and blackened mahi. Each dish was perfectly cooked, creatively plated, and layered with bold, balanced flavors. The ropa vieja was rich and savory, while the scallop risotto was creamy and indulgent with a perfect sear on the scallops. The blackened mahi and scallops with pork belly were equally impressive—fresh, well-seasoned, and unique in presentation. We ended the meal with Spanish beignets and coconut cake - both decadent and satisfying. The beignets were crispy outside and pillowy inside, and the coconut cake was moist and tropical without being too sweet. The ambiance was upscale yet inviting, and the service was attentive. Ceviche’s is a must-visit in Wilmington for anyone who appreciates elevated Latin-inspired cuisine. We’ll definitely be back!”
