“C-viche delivers an absolutely phenomenal five-star experience where every detail reflects their unwavering commitment to quality. The food is outstanding, particularly the grilled octopus which manages to be incredibly tender without sacrificing a single note of its rich flavor. Alongside delicious tuna and a beautifully crafted Pisco sour with a stamped foam, the true highlight of the night was actually a drink I didn't get. When I inquired about a Basil Smash, the staff politely declined to serve it rather than taking the easy route of using a pre-made syrup in place of fresh basil. It’s incredibly rare to find an establishment that refuses to cut corners, and their dedication to authentic ingredients shows exactly how much they care about the standard of what they put on the table.”
