“I had such an amazing experience at Santa Fe Mexican Grill in Wilmington, Delaware, and I honestly have to say our server Samantha was the best I’ve ever had. From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made us feel comfortable right away and had such a positive, friendly energy that really stood out. She knew the menu inside and out and gave great recommendations that ended up being absolutely delicious. Our food came out quickly, everything was perfect, and she checked on us at just the right times without ever being overbearing. You can tell she truly cares about her job and about giving customers a great experience. What impressed me the most was how she handled everything so smoothly, even when it got busy. She stayed calm, professional, and kept a smile on her face the entire time. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like that. If you go to Santa Fe Mexican Grill, I highly recommend asking for her—you won’t be disappointed. She made our whole visit memorable, and we’ll definitely be coming back because of her!”

“We had Lala as our waitress and she was absolutely amazing. It was our first time there, so my family and I ordered a lot of food and were pretty indecisive, but she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful the entire time. She made us feel comfortable and really added to the overall experience. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have her again!”

“We were greeted immediately and asked what style of seating our group would prefer. At table greater w warm smile. Our drinks, multiple orders, were delivered quickly and tasted great (I especially enjoyed the golden marg w Reposado and Grand Marnier). After a few apps we ordered dinner and we all were pleasantly pleased w portions and more importantly flavor. Truth is we had an early dinner and had asked for to go packages (late nite snack). I would recommend without hesitation. Have fun.”

“Stopped by over the weekend Food was cold and mediocre. Felt like my food was rushed out and prepared without passion or care. Service is terrible you have to force eye contact with everyone. Managers walk around like they don't have a job to do or like they don't want to be there. First time and last time never again. When I asked for the kitchen manager to ask a few questions about the food. The kitchen manager never came out. This place is terrible 😔 love Mexican cuisine just not this establishment. No photos not worth it guest beware”
