't Bagientje is a French restaurant in the Bruges neighborhood of Bruges.
“I had a fantastic experience here. The best steak ever. The customer service is fantastic here. The staff named Bishwas was polite and professional. He really know what he is doing. I enjoyed my time here. A must visit beautiful restaurant.”
“We visited the restaurant for a team dinner and were all very impressed with the food. The specialty dessert ("coupe colonel", a lemon sorbet with vodka and assorted red berries) was a very fun novelty!”
“I wanted to try other beef stews in Belgium before rating this place - out of the 5 different beef stews i tried in brugge, Gent and Brussels, this one had the best because of 2 main things: (1) the sweetness of the beer came out of the dish perfectly; and (2) the stew remained hot throughout the meal because it was served in a cast iron pot (it retains heat well). Aside from that, they were generous with the fries, and the fries was fresh. The goodness did not stop coming because the bread was so fresh - literally piping hot when it was being cut. The outside perfectly crispy whilst the inside was soft. The food here may be a bit pricey, but it was worth every penny.”
“Traditional Belgian food. No full menu in English, but that is what Google Lens Translate is for! We particularly enjoyed the fish dishes: fish soup starter, salmon and Bouillabaisse main course were very good. Everything was well cooked with generous portions throughout. Tends to get booked up in the evening, so it's worth booking online, or go for an indulgent lunch when they are less busy.”
“The waffle was tasty, but the overall experience was quite disappointing due to the poor service. The staff member was visibly annoyed simply because we wanted to share one waffle to try it first. To make matters worse, their policy is extremely stingy: they charge extra for an additional set of cutlery, and even the napkins are rationed—we were only given half a napkin each. There are much better places in Bruges with far more welcoming service. And as a compliment: it should have been shared with only 2 people, not 7. This point was made clear to the person who assisted us.”
