“They have all you can eat pasta deal on Saturdays for lunch. You can mix and match different pastas, sauces, veggies, and proteins. The pasta was all fresh, the sauces were all top notch and overall this was some of the best pasta I have had in the dayton area. I highly recommend this place. The only downside is that it can take a while between each bowl, especially if it is busy.”
“Finally made it out to try Manna Uptown's Brunch Buffet today, (runs from 11-2 every Sunday). And I have to say, it was an amazing experience. The restaurant itself is gorgeous, if it hadn't been so windy again today I would have sat on the patio. The host, server, omelette station chef, everyone that worked here was bright and enthusiastic, very pleasant surprise nowadays but welcome. I was sat not far from the buffet which was set up along their huge bar top, as well as a waffle and omelette station. It had sausage, bacon, potatoes, quiches, shrimp skewers, stuffed oysters, salmon cakes, burrata pita bread, mini chorizo tacos, chicken croissant sandwiches, mini pancakes, little breakfast bread rolls with jelly and butters, yogurt with a mini fruit bar, and much more. I was blown away by how good it all looked and tasted. I got the French press to try and didn't expect an actual mini French press to be served with cream and sugar cubes. I truly felt like I had been transported back in time and maybe even to Europe for a little while. The omelette bar was great, the chef takes your toppings you want and gives you a number for your table and he brings your omelette out to you as soon as it's done. And just delicious 😋. Service was impeccable as well, server was calm and knew the menu super well and didn't hover or forget about me or the others in her section. She was a delight, I will say they get you on that first water question , I forgot she said bottled before still and I meant to get tap but ordered a 12 dollar bottle of still water by accident 🤣💀 so just get tap water if you aren't picky. Brunch Buffet was 39$ and coffee was 5.95 or a few cents cheaper but it was WELL worth it. I forgot to take pictures before I started eating but everything was so tasty and I'm definitely coming back and I'm trying the endless pasta I've heard about on Saturday lunches as well 😅.”
“I love coming here for a nice date night without the kids. The food is phenomenal and clearly made with care. We each always get our own bread basket because it is THAT good. Pictured is the charred casear salad, house made French bread basket, braised short rib ravioli, and lamb wellington. Everything is freshly prepared in-house by chefs who clearly love food! The menu changes with the seasons. Our servers are always very knowledgeable and professional. And the atmosphere is one-of-a-kind; akin to dining in a fine dining restaurant in Europe. We are so lucky to have Manna in Centerville!”
“We made our Mother’s Day reservation about 2–3 weeks in advance for a Saturday evening and had requested outdoor seating if the weather allowed. We arrived about 15 minutes early for our 5:00 PM reservation. The host was welcoming, although our request for outdoor seating appears to have been overlooked, and we were seated upstairs instead. We also learned after being seated that Happy Hour cocktails and appetizers were only available at the bar area, which would have been helpful to know beforehand since Happy Hour ran until 6:00 PM. The upstairs dining room was lively, though the tables and chairs were placed fairly close together, making conversation feel a little less intimate. The chairs themselves were also quite tall and not the most comfortable for dining. Overall, the food was flavorful and well seasoned. We especially enjoyed the Beet Salad and the Cauliflower Balls as appetizers. I ordered the Lomo Saltado Risotto, and despite my filet being more well done than requested, I would still order the dish again because the flavors were excellent. My dad enjoyed the Short Rib Ragu, though we felt it could have included a bit more short rib. My husband’s Arrachera de Peru (skirt steak) was also cooked more done than expected, but it still tasted very good. My mom enjoyed the lamb chops, although the couscous was a bit dry. The cocktails were definitely a highlight of the evening. I highly recommend the Spicy Sarah Strong and the Manhattan Memories — both were excellent.”
“We celebrated our anniversary at Manna this weekend. While the restaurant has good potential and the flavors were generally good, the execution fell short. The potatoes and vegetables arrived lukewarm, and the service was inconsistent—our server was attentive at times but needed multiple prompts to bring items we had already ordered. While the food prices are reasonable, the drink prices felt quite high ($56+ for two 'Manna Full Proof' cocktails). Due to the slow pacing and execution issues, we didn't have time to send food back. It was a disappointing experience for a special occasion, and we won't be rushing back.”
