“We enjoyed our Friday evening meal at a window seat overlooking the ocean. Mel was our delightful server. I enjoyed cocktail shrimp - perfectly chilled and the lobster bisque to start. My husband enjoyed more traditional onion rings (a bountiful serving enough for 2+) A fresh warm bread service and water was offered. Our main meals were the steak fritte special with fries for him and I had the filet colligan special - a special 8 ounce filet topped with crab cake and fresh Maine Lobster accompanied by mash and baby carrots. The steaks were temped perfectly and the mash and veg was lovely. To finish out our meal my husband enjoyed the white and milk chocolate Oreo mousse pie and I enjoyed a very naughty flourless chocolate cake with generous raspberry collis with decorative whip cream on the side. The atmosphere was relaxed and we were not rushed. The entire restaurant was recently refreshed with new furnishing and carpet and truly feels like a warm ship pub. We were very pleased with it all.”

“Had a FABULOUS dinner at the cellar pub. The host and staff were friendly and nice to chat with. EVERYTHING we ordered was great: artichoke dip and lobster corn chowder for apps. The menu is hugely accommodating for gluten free folks and lots of items to choose from. Dinner was market lobster and seared scallops with polenta- and it was outstanding. I’m from Massachusetts and am skeptical when ordering seafood out- hoping it’s fresh and this was really outstanding! They also had a fabulous list of cocktails, mocktails and local beers on tap. For dessert we opted to have the flourless chocolate cake and a few drinks up front by the fireplace and that was a great way to end our night. Great food and great staff- highly recommend!!”

“Had a very nice lunch on a beautiful Sunday with family. Noelle was a great server and catered to the needs of our grandson son. The seafood chowder was excellent. My wife's haddock sandwich was really good. And the grandson chicken fingers were plentiful.”
