“Brie wedge was very good and it was the best hamburger I've ever had! Very moist and cooked perfectly. Peanut butter pie was yummy as well! My husband enjoyed the duck wings and the chicken sandwich. Everything was great!”

“Cloud 9 is great! We had a party of about 15 people and were able to reserve a private room. The food was AMAZING (10/10) and service was wonderful. They also have a kids menu if you have children joining.”

“Cloud 9 Bar & Grill – Erie We had reservations for four and were seated right away. The restaurant wasn’t crowded, and we were placed in a cozy side room that was perfect for conversation. Service was good overall, though the older gentleman at the front was a bit short with our waitress. We started with the crispy duck wings tossed in à l’orange — delicious, and the sauce was amazing! My husband had the 10 oz New York striploin with green beans and chimichurri with no complaints. I ordered the roasted Atlantic salmon with herbed couscous, roasted asparagus, and chimichurri — cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The burger and shrimp risotto ordered by the other couple were also very tasty. Would definitely recommend for a relaxed dinner with great food. We all agreed that we would definitely come back again before a game!”

“We are unsure why this restaurant only has a 4.5 rating on Google. In our estimation it should be at least a 4.7 or 4.8. The drinks were amazing and the food was out of this world. From the croque madame flatbread, duck wings and peach salad to the chimichurri salmon and seared duck breast, the food was well seasoned and excellently prepared. The lemon blueberry tart and creme brulee were an amazing end to a stellar meal. We highly recommend and will return.”

“I dropped off my party of 7 with a reservation for 7pm at 6:50pm and parked the van on level 2. By the time I got in at least 5 min later, my group had yet to be greeted. It took me seeking someone to check-in. Our table was not ready, no issue. I took my group to the bar with only 4 others at it. After sitting there for quite some time with no eye contact from 2 bar tenders I finally spoke up and asked if we can get drinks. A moody bartender finally took part of our order not asking if it was complete and I had to flag the other bartender for my drink. My Manhattan served in a rocks glass after clearly asking for it up in a martini glass. Then, at 720p we were seated and the very odd waiter took our order as if we were at a $10 diner. His oddness continued right up through an almost mean attitude taking the check. Food, meh at best. This was the worst experience I have add at what should be a rather nice restaurant. I took our party here for my sons graduation from college as we have had good experiences in the past. No one ever asked anything about a special occasion and how management wouldn't have informed the staff about the multiple graduations happening is unreal. Of course the caps & gowns could have been recognized by anyone. Terrible and will never return.”
