“This place is a little secret tucked away near the Detroit River in Northeast Detroit. The ingredients are absolutely special... They are sourced locally from farmers and from artisan makers. The chef is a delight and has an incredible menu that is both approachable and delicious. The whitefish dip is my favorite and it's Smokey and decadent. The salad was very nice and fresh with locally sourced vegetables. The fish and chips is not to misd. And there's plenty to share! Make sure to try the cocktails and enjoy the beautiful scenery!”

“The vibe of this restaurant is amazing. From the retro décor and fresh flowers to the beautiful outdoor patio, it's a place you have to experience. I was a little apprehensive about the beet mojito, but it ended up being incredibly fresh and delicious. I also had the fish and chips, which were hands down the best I've ever had. Highly recommend!”

“What a GEM! Beautiful location by the canal. Delicious food and excellent cocktails. Got 2 different cocktails, and both were delish. We got a kale caesar salad, thai chicken (like lettuce wraps), and white fish - all were excellent. Beautiful decor. Unique spot along the water. A must go! Highly recommend, will be back! There is apparently a nearby kayak place where you can rent kayaks, which I'd love to do next time. You can walk to the local park and see the Canadian Islands and a beautiful view of the Detroit cityscape.”

“We came here based on a recommendation from a friend and loved it! The food was fresh, light and delicious. We started with the jalapeno corn hush puppies then shared the 7 layer dip and flat bread pizza. Amazing !! The service was excellent. Great vibes and atmosphere with lots of lush flowers and plants. We were fortunate to have canal side seating on a beautiful day.”

“We stopped on a Saturday for lunch. They're quite busy here and seating is limited. We sat on the patio, which was all that was available, but it was hot, hot, outside for that. We tried a few items and everything was excellent, their salads are fresh and dainty. The fish and chips were also very good. The goat cheese today was good. The server was attentive and engaging. The restaurant is eclectic and truly a neighborhood gem. Check for events before you go, they have a calendar of private parties. I'm thinking reservations are needed for prime seating. We'd visit again.”
