This reservation is for our Rosemont location. Crust Tap Room in Chicago is walk in only. CRUST is a craft beer making, dough rolling, late-night cocktail brewpub in the heart of Rosemont's Entertainment District. CRUST’s menu, inspired by our two brick ovens in the middle of the dining room, is complemented by our on site microbrewery.
“Cool place with excellent pizza and great drinks - including Espresso Banana Martinis, on tap. Phenomenal tap line-up with generous Flights. A must visit choice in Rosemont!”
“Can’t speak on the food but the beers were more than decent and the bartender/server Veronica is an asset to the company! Super friendly, professional, funny, and personable. Coming here before the Hawks game may have been the highlight of my trip, thanks to Veronica and Crust Brewing. Give that woman a raise!!! EXCELLENT customer service.”
“First time trying this restaurant. It was about 8 of us that dined in for lunch and it went well. The drinks were good and strong not watered down. They do not have a huge beer selection so be mindful about that. We had different items of food and they all were very good. The service was great as well as our waitress. I would dine in again when I am ever back in the area.”
“We had a fantastic Team Dinner here and I was impressed with the food. The salad, steak, roasted vegetables, mashed, chicken and pizzas all were delicious. Great flavor and fresh. I wasn't expecting much here but they proved me wrong. The service was a bit disjointed in the beginning, but I gave them a pass since it is hard to serve a big group.”
“We visited Crust Brewing out of curiosity and were excited to try something new. The vibe of the place is cool, and it seemed like a great spot to hang out, grab some bites, and enjoy a few drinks. We ordered a beer flight to sample a variety of what they had on tap. It was a fun experience to try different brews, but unfortunately, we only really liked one of them. The rest just didn’t hit the mark for us—either too flat, too bitter, or just not our style. Still, it was a cool way to explore their selection. For food, we ordered nachos, and they were pretty good! Nice crunch, good portion, and flavorful toppings. It’s a solid choice for sharing with friends over drinks. Where things fell short was the service. It felt like we were kind of forgotten about. The staff wasn’t rude, but they definitely weren’t attentive. We had to wait quite a bit to place orders or ask for anything, and there wasn’t much follow-up throughout our visit. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience—but it wasn’t amazing either. Crust Brewing has potential, especially with its atmosphere, but we’d love to see some improvement in service and maybe a bit more variety or refinement in the beer selection. Might give it another shot in the future, but not in a rush to return.”
