From the moment we walked in, the ambiance felt elegant, intimate, and incredibly welcoming the kind of place that’s perfect for a special night out, date night, or celebrating any occasion. Every detail, from the plating to the atmosphere, felt carefully curated and elevated. We started with the lobster champagne oysters and they were phenomenal. Fresh, delicate, and beautifully balanced with rich buttery flavors and that subtle champagne finish that made each bite feel luxurious. You can immediately tell the kitchen pays attention to every detail. For the main courses, the Chilean sea bass was one of the best we’ve had in Houston. Perfectly cooked, flaky, buttery, and packed with flavor while still feeling light and refined. The shrimp and grits were equally unforgettable creamy, comforting, and elevated with a gourmet twist that made the dish stand out from traditional versions. Every plate tasted thoughtfully crafted and beautifully executed. And the key lime pie was the perfect ending. Smooth, refreshing, creamy, and balanced with just the right amount of citrus flavor without being overpowering. Absolutely a must order for dessert. What truly makes this restaurant special though is the chef behind it all. You can feel the passion, creativity, and care in every dish that comes out of the kitchen. It’s rare to find a chef who creates food that feels both elevated and deeply personal at the same time. The staff was also incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm throughout the entire experience, making us feel truly taken care of from start to finish. Cuvées Culinary Creations is easily one of the best upscale dining experiences in Houston for seafood, fine dining, and chef-driven cuisine. Highly recommend for anyone looking for exceptional food, beautiful ambiance, and a truly unforgettable culinary experience.”

“I came and was immediately greeted by the chef's wife. It really felt like I was being ushered in to auntie nem's home 🥰 The food was great. I got the bottomless mimosas, all you can eat fish and grits, and a pancake. Baby, let me tell you, I left looking about 6 months pregnant 🤣😭 Amy was my waitress and the brought out my mimosa in the cutest glass. It reminded me of the Great Gatsby but with seasoning 🤣 I will definitely be a regular here”

“The shrimp and grits were amazing. The pancake was lemon ricotta with blueberry and flavored to perfection. Amy and Lyric were amazing waitresses and stayed very attentive to our needs. The music was a vibe and the owners Mary and Chef Ivory (black owned) also made sure everything operated to a certain standard. If you want good food, amazing music, and magnificent vibes check them out.”

“Came to Cuvee's for brunch and it was DELICIOUS! Everything was well seasoned and tasty. Not one dish was bland. The chef hit it out the park with the char-grilled oysters. They are very generous with the portions here and did i mention it's a all you can eat section on the menu? My husband had the all you can eat chicken & fish and I had the fried pork chops. Next time im coming back for the bottomless mimosas and that oxtail Mac & Cheese. One of the things I love the best was the chef came out several times and checked on his guest. It made you feel special and like family.”

“I would return for the grilled oysters. Everything else was average. This is definitely not a date spot. However, it is a spot for a couple that has been together for a while and just need to get out. It is ultra casual. My plastic wine glass had a crack in the base and looked like it had seen better days. Kind of like that one aunt's house that reuses disposable items. I was charged for an extra entree even though the place was not busy. The waitress/owner apologized and took it off the bill. I hope it truly was a mistake. The food is a bit pricey compared to the environment. Think Luby's vibe with Perry's prices and after hours club service.”
