“We had a fantastic breakfast, ordered the buffet and the selections were all fresh and lovely. The raspberry sauce and fresh whipped cream for the waffles- chef’s kiss! We had our small dog with us and ask about getting takeout, but the sweet staff let us sit at the edge of the lobby so we could stay and eat with our little guy. The standout was Miss Lois. She is such a gem, so sweet, attentive, and helpful. We absolutely loved her purple Halloween hair too! Great experience and we’d definitely come back again.”

“Went in for breakfast at the Gulf & Prairie and had the breakfast buffet which was really good. I want to highlight a specific server, Lois, who was super attentive and nice to my group during our meal. The food was great but Lois made the experience so enjoyable and that much better. I would definitely come back to eat here on my next work trip and look for Lois!”

“I ate here twice while staying at the Hyatt. Both meals were fantastic and the staff was absolutely wonderful. I had a burger one night and chicken sandwich the other. both were cooked perfectly and tasted great. i had a raspberry tart dessert one evening and bread pudding the other. both were delicious.”

“The brunch was absolutely delicious. They had an egg station, cold fruit, fresh pancakes, waffles and sausages. The servers were attentive and kind. The location was really clean and our waiter even offered coffee to go with our breakfast brunch buffet.”

“The previous was average and post Covid got worse. I decided to check this out again with the new owner and menu. Started with the seafood Mac & Cheese with shrimp and crawfish. It was surprisingly good. I’d get this again. Main course was a churrasco steak frite. There wasn’t much flavor to it. The chimichurri was a little flat. It lacked the vinegar punch and garlic taste. The thin fries were okay. For $45 it was disappointing. I like that the menu is thinner but the steak isn’t better. If I was eating this steak blind I wouldn’t know it was a Churrasco steak.”
