Fire at Will

“Fire at Will is truly one of Scottsdale’s hidden gems. If you’re driving down busy Shea Boulevard and aren’t paying attention, you could easily pass right by it, but trust me, this is a restaurant worth slowing down for. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with sleek décor, dim lighting, and an atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between upscale and inviting. Whether you’re planning a romantic date night or an evening out with friends, the ambiance sets the stage for a memorable experience. We ordered the cheeseburger, and it was outstanding, juicy, perfectly cooked, and loaded with melted cheese. It’s an absolute must-try. We also had the salmon with kimchi, and the combination was incredible. The salmon was tender and flavorful, while the kimchi added just the right amount of brightness and depth to the dish. The service was attentive and welcoming throughout our meal. We chose to dine at the bar, and one thing that really stood out was hearing so many guests greeted by name and chatting with the bartenders like old friends. It was clear that many of the patrons were repeat customers, and to me, that’s one of the best indicators of a truly exceptional restaurant. Fire at Will has earned a spot on our list of places we’ll happily return to. If you haven’t discovered this hidden gem yet, you’re missing out.”

“Was looking for a new spot in the neighborhood and came across Fire at Will. The restaurant is tucked away in a plaza and has a very friendly neighborhood feeling when you walk in. The server was super friendly and walked us through the menu and his recommendations. We started with the croquettes which were absolutely delicious dipped in the harissa aioli. I would get these again in a heartbeat. The Hush Burger is 2 smash patties with caramelized onions and the restaurants special sauce. This burger was up there in my top 5 for burgers in the PHX area! The grilled ribeye with a loaded baked potato was the perfect combination to top off our dinner. Would recommend anyone in the area to try this spot for any special occasion or a fun weekend dinner!”

“Sat at the bar and had a Hush Burger. Smash burger. Really good. Could use more sauce and onions but I’m nitpicking. I’m not a fry guy but these were really good fries. At $20 for the burger, it’s higher than other really good burgers but you’re also paying for the atmosphere. The bartenders were super nice and attentive. The decor is similar to Hush so it’s kind of glam modern which is cool. They have a hatch chili burger and bbq burger so I’ll go back to try those.”

“Shrimp and Grits was fabulous. Explains why it is a top seller. I have beef bourgeois when I find it. Moscato's in Camp Verde remains the best in Arizona with the Italian Daughter coming in second. So for a non-Italian restaurant like Fire at Will to come in third, that's saying something.”

“Tonight we had our monthly dinner club, and Fire at Will was our pick. Everything was great - the food, ambiance, drinks, and the server (Andrew, I believe). However, I wouldn't recommend adding grilled salmon on your salad. I think the salmon was about 3 inches, and I really can't justify paying another $12 for such a small piece of fish.”
