“Came to Danza Del Sol mid December and had a fantastic experience. Nicole was knowledgeable and so kind and patient with us not knowing what we wanted that day! The Italian pizza tasted so authentic and I can't wait to come back and have them the next time they are there. There was live music that day and the trio elevated the vibe. They were different from most live music at Wineries and not your typical guitarist/singer solo artist or duo. We saw them the day before at Leoness as a duo (and by chance we saw them here again this day) they sounded great but this time the group basically played like a full band with just 3 people the Trumpet player also sang AMAZINGLY the piano player held down the keys and left hand bass on his top keyboard and if you aren't seeing them it sounds like there is an actual bass player there. The drummer was phenomenal and she also did a vocal piece and for one of the songs and jumped back on her drums. I didn't get their schedule of when they would be back but I hope they are back soon.”

Karen's knowledge runs deep; she effortlessly navigated the nuances of Danza's lineup, sharing stories behind each varietal that felt like insider whispers from the winemaker himself. Whether it was recommending the velvety Estate Syrah with its hints of black cherry and spice (a steal compared to pricier Rhône Valley counterparts) or guiding us through the crisp, mineral-driven Sauvignon Blanc that rivals anything from New Zealand's Marlborough, her passion was infectious. She's got that rare gift of making you feel like a VIP without a hint of stuffiness—attentive, hilarious, and always one step ahead with the perfect pairing suggestion. Karen, if you're reading this, you've got a fan for life; you single-handedly turned a good afternoon into a legendary one. And the wines? Phenomenal. As someone who's chased the elusive "perfect pour" across continents, Danza's selections punched way above their weight. The bold, structured Cabernet Franc had layers of dark fruit and earth that evoked the best of the Loire Valley, while their late-harvest Viognier dessert wine was a silken revelation—elegant, balanced, and dangerously drinkable. No watered-down tourist traps here; these are thoughtful, terroir-driven bottles that demand a second (and third) glass. If you're in Temecula and fancy yourself a wine aficionado, skip the crowds and head straight to Danza. Book a tasting, ask for Karen, and prepare to be converted.
