“As a wedding photographer, I had the opportunity to briefly visit Darioush Winery before a wedding assignment in Napa Valley. Although my schedule didn't allow enough time to fully experience the winery, the visit left a lasting impression on me. Being Persian and originally from Shiraz, I was immediately struck by the architecture and atmosphere, which brought back memories of home. The design, elegance, and attention to detail created a unique sense of familiarity that I wasn't expecting to find so far away. The staff at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain the winery experience, tasting options, and available packages, even though I wasn't able to stay for a full visit. They were gracious enough to allow me to walk around and photograph both the indoor and outdoor spaces, which I truly appreciated. As a photographer, I found the property absolutely stunning, with beautiful architecture, landscaping, and countless photo opportunities. While I wasn't able to enjoy the full Darioush experience on this trip, the warmth of the staff and the beauty of the winery made a memorable impression. I look forward to returning in the future when I can take the time to fully enjoy everything Darioush Winery has to offer. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Napa Valley.”
“An exceptional experience from start to finish. The wines were delicious, and the “By Invitation Only” experience exceeded all expectations. Brendan was our host, and he was a phenomenal storyteller. As an Iranian group, we especially appreciated his knowledge, humor, and the natural, organic flow of the tour. He brought the history, culture, and winemaking process to life in a way that felt both engaging and authentic. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous and makes the entire experience feel truly special. A special thank you to Jessie as well, who went above and beyond to help me with a unique shipping request. Every interaction felt thoughtful, professional, and personalized. From the hospitality to the wine to the attention to detail, everything was a true white-glove experience. Darioush Winery is an absolute must-visit, and we can’t wait to return.”
“We absolutely loved our Mezze Experience at Darioush. We were a party of four (2 couples) that reserved independently, yet their personnel were kind enough to call beforehand to confirm if we were related so that we could be seated together. That's service! The wines and the pairings (the lamb!) were above phenomenal. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and took us through a guided tour of the property, which is quite beautiful. Everything, from the gorgeous bottle labels designed in conjunction with a London museum of art to the professionalism of every employee we encountered, makes evident that Darioush strives for being *memorable* in the best way possible. Fun fact: of the four wineries we visited, this is the one who inspired us to purchase wines and merch.”
“We visited Darioush Winery this January with a friend, and it truly left a lasting impression. We did a wine tasting experience, and our host Israel (“Izzy”) made it exceptional. He was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and explained everything in such an interesting and easy-to-follow way — it felt both educational and very enjoyable at the same time. The winery itself is absolutely stunning — the architecture has a beautiful Persian-inspired style, and the entire property is thoughtfully designed and elegant. Every corner feels like a perfect photo spot. Overall, it’s a very atmospheric place with a unique vibe and truly memorable experience. “Truly luxury experience visiting Darioush. Persian heritage mixed with California wine making. Exceptional. The wine tasting and by invitation only dining was an incredible experience. From being treated with caviar on arrival and taken to the private quarters to be educated on their wine, to then the private cellars and next level tasting experience, this is not something to miss! I’m amazed that Darioush and his family live on the premises with their family home integrated into the winery. An incredible estate and experience!”
