“When I can't decide which dish is my favorite at a restaurant you know that it was a fantastic meal. Every bite was next level delicious. Gary and I put our meal into our server Chris' hands and let him pick out our dishes and it's funny because out of five dishes he chose three that we were already considering. For our starter we had the Pork Belly Jim Jaaw that was crispy pork belly served with a tangy roasted rice- lime dipping sauce that perfectly complimented each other. For our salad Chris chose the Larb | Lucky Salad - Thao-Lao ground pork with crispy Shallots, Green Onion, fresh Herbs and Greens. It had a nice citrus punch that I really enjoyed. For our soup course he chose their award winning Tom Kha that won best soup in Bend last year. We've had a lot of Tom Khas, but this was different with a little more creaminess while still keeping its usual lightness and it was full of veggies and chicken. For our mains he chose two dishes the Daddy Garlic Shrimp and Pad Kra Prow. Both were wonderful but in the end the clear winner for us was the shrimp. The coating on the shrimp was light and crispy tossed in a butter sauce and a sunnyside up egg on rice with an amazing Thai seafood sauce. Our service was great with our server taking the time to explain each dish and the restaurant vibe was laid back, balanced with modern elegant touches. The whole meal was fantastic and we highly recommend adding it to your places to eat when visiting Bend!”

“Loved this little taste of southern Asia. Definitely order the Gaeng hang lay - fall off the bone tender braised pork ribs in a sauce that makes your whole mouth happy - savory, sweet, sour, and just the tight amount of heat. This is a dish that should not be missed and something you'll want to write home about! The cozy café atmosphere is perfect for conversation and the wait staff is friendly with just the right amount of attentiveness. To top it off, the wait staff wear shirts that ask, "Have you called your mom today?" Will definitely come again. (The Panang curry with prawn was delicious too!”

“This is our favorite Thai restaurant in Bend, Oregon. The food is truly delicious. The cute restaurant is picture worthy. The food presentation is pretty . We always eat here everytime we are in Bend .”

“Dear Moms provides the best service, ample quality servings of food and a great ambiance. They also have good wine, beer and cocktails. Even though they were about to close for lunch they seated us, served us and did not rush us out the door. I had the green curry with chicken my husband had the drunken noodle. He had a Thai Beer and I opted for a French Sauvignon Blanc which the food paired perfectly with. We also shared the fried wings with were to die for.”

“First time visit while with family in Bend. This is a more modern interpretation of Thai food. When we take trips we always try to find a good place to try Thai food. This café definitely delivers! Cool modern atmosphere and creative dishes. Our table had the Chee chee curry, yellow curry, Pad Thai Woonsen and Cashew nut chicken. All were amazing! We will be back!”
