“Food was great, especially the GF options. Unfortunately, service was less than ideal. Nearly everything took an unusually long time, even during periods when the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. One of the waitresses also came across as dismissive on a few occasions, which didn't help the overall experience. We are on the younger side and that might have had something to do with it. Not everyone seemed to be having the same experience we were. While the food was good, the overall experience wasn't enough to make us want to return. Maybe we'll give it another shot once we look like we belong in a higher tax bracket.”

“I had the misfortune of dining at Eliot and Vine recently. We were a party of 4, with one guest being from out of province. A party of 10-12 was seated two tables away from us. The owner of the restaurant was in that party. They were celebrating a young man's graduation. The noise level from that table was reason. We thought that once their food order was served, they would quiet down. Not so. It was the most unpleasant dining experience I have ever had. I couldn't wait to leave. The owner should have closed her restaurant and held a private event. To subject paying customers to that level of noise is not only inconsiderate, it's”
