“My experience at the Four Seasons restaurant in the Park Town Hotel, Saskatoon, was nothing short of exceptional. I would like to extend my thanks to the outstanding service provided by the dedicated and hard working staff. From the moment of entering the Four Seasons, I was warmly greeted and seated at a window table, that offered a picturesque view of the South Saskatchewan River Valley. The service, orchestrated by the attentive and knowledgeable servers Juanita and Maryna, was impeccable. Under the capable management of Jeremy, the team operated seamlessly, exuding professionalism and a genuine care for the dining experience of their patrons. The meal of choice did not disappoint! The “Bison Prairie Bowl” was a standout, showcasing locally sourced ingredients with amazing flavours. Additionally, the chocolate gluten-free cake with fresh mixed berries, was a delicious conclusion to the meal with a rich, decadent taste. The restaurant's setting with plenty of window seats allows patrons to enjoy the stunning views of Saskatoon, creating a tranquil atmosphere perfect for a memorable dining experience. The “South Dining Room” will comfortably seat 60 people. Overall, the Four Seasons restaurant exceeded my expectations in every aspect, making it a definite highlight of my visit to Saskatoon. I look forward to returning to sample more of their menu options and can commend the staff for their warm and gracious hospitality. SENIORS RATE (for breakfast): $30.00 / person REGULAR RATE (buffet breakfast: $32.00 / person”
“We went for 25th December 2025 Christmas breakfast and brunch. For two people it cost around 90 CAD with tips and drinks. Even though it was a buffet, the drinks were separate. Lovely spread and only one pancake and waffle station so you had to wait your turn, when it’s 50+ people it’s a long wait. There is paid and free parking so that’s fun.”
“We went for our 24th wedding anniversary. The atmosphere was underwhelming, whereas there were cracked windows and construction outside. Some people were just playing cards at their table. Service was efficient, however the was very little enthusiasm with the servers and the minimal amount of interaction. The jalapeño poppers came out quickly and were delicious. The bbq platter is a lot of food for 2 people. We found it average, with the Cornish hen being very dry and the baked macaroni had a “plastic” taste. Wouldn’t recommend those… the rest was ok, but not nearly worth the $110 cost! I thought mentioning it was our anniversary, we “might” get a complimentary desert, but no such luck. Overall an average experience for almost $200 meal.”
“I'm normally a fan of the Four Season Restaurant but just had a very poor experience. We enjoyed the food and the buffet food tables, nice done. Our reservation was for a certain type of table and we were assured at the time of the reservation that would not be an issue. The allocated table was way off our request so I expressed a concern so they sat us at a table that I was in a very busy passage way. Several times I was bumped and one time a patron could not get by me even though I was sitting as tightly to the table as possible. Then the bill showed up before most of the people at the table were finished their main course. Coffee ... they must not have any as it was never offered and oddly I did not see able tables being offered coffee. On the way out of the hotel we noticed their amazing decor ... two sheets of unfinished plywood stuck to the wall. I don't know for sure but the washrooms seems to be less clean that in past. Oh well I normally suggest the restaurant to our group , I don't think the Four Seasons will make my list for a while. I know they can do better; our family have always really enjoyee the atmosphere and service , maybe just a really bad day for them.”
“I asked about the fries ,why they are not gluten free was told by staff that it because they share a fryer . I said I'm ok with that , and ordered the fries. When I got them they looked coated so 100% not gluten free. When I asked about it they said oh it's because of the fryer, I said no because they are coated they are not gluten free . I than was told it's just a little bit of coating on the fries. I know getting the fries with sharing the fryer was a bit of a risk but being told it's just a little bit of coating makes it ok . Staff was not happy when I asked for a salad and a new burger because the fries and burgers were touching .”
