I worked with Rachel on the planning and Good Charlie’s provided amazing buffet style food, excellent service, the linens and chair covers, a welcome sign, access to the full bar, tvs for photos to be projected, and a wonderful atmosphere to make memories that will last forever. “Totally, thoroughly enjoyable experience. I don’t get up this way much but today was an opportunity to meet up with some friends who live up this way who had decided to try this place out. I ordered the pound mix of shrimp and sausage and a second pound mix of crawfish. It was really enjoyable and I think that currently I might even place this restaurant as number two or three of all the places that I have had crawfish so far this year. I especially like that they gave you a lot of potatoes with your order unlike other places. So if you are up this way, you have my recommendation..”

“My husband and I love oysters and when we have the cravings this is our go to place. Oysters are always great! However, other seafood dishes are phenomenol, too. They also have great prices on their happy hour menu. We highly recommend this place.”

“Good Charlie's never misses! The food is always great, they have awesome happy hour deals, and the service is fantastic. My favorite dishes are the ahi tuna tower, coconut shrimp, oysters (grilled or raw), soy ginger grilled salmon, chilean sea bass, and the herb marinated chicken. I come here often and have hosted many events here as well. After my events, I always have people telling me something along the lines of, "I had no clue this place existed, it's so good", or "I'm going to bring my husband next time" without fail. I tell everyone to come eat here! They have a great sunroom, private room, and bar. All of the staff are awesome, but Gregory, Alex, and Joseph are outstanding! Seth, the manager, is awesome. He really knows how to make everyone feel welcome. He is consistently the easiest restaurant manager to work with when it comes to planning private events. Highly recommend booking your next company party, family dinner, birthday party, happy hour, etc. here!”

“I really enjoyed my experience here. I decided to give it a try just because it was right across from the chiropractor I go to, and it said "OYSTER BAR" on the signage, and I'm always on the lookout for good spot for raw oysters. This place did not disappoint! I came in about 3:20 p.m., so it was still "happy hour," and took advantage of their offerings. I ordered the dozen gulf raw oysters, a specialty cocktail, a cup of their house Cajun gumbo, and a raw oyster shooter. The total came to $40 for one person, and my server, Hannah, was very attentive and super-nice. The food & service was top notch, and the atmosphere was a classy- upscale atmosphere with upbeat pop music everyone can enjoy. You can choose to sit at a booth, table, or at the bar. Even though I was flying solo for this visit (my first), I think this would be a great place to bring a date, go for a business lunch, watch a sporting event with a group, or to celebrate a special event like a birthday, promotion, graduation, wedding reception, etc. It was also great going just by myself. I will be going back soon, definitely after my next chiro visit. I sort of envision this place as a cool night spot with karaoke, poetry readings, or a live band. It's got that kind of vibe. The oysters were really fresh and delicious. The manager, Seth, came out to chat & see how I was doing. That's uncommon and great for business. Very personalized experience. Highly recommend, especially for their happy hour!”
