Our close-knit team is ready to welcome you to our Winery Estate Vineyard and Tasting Room for an immersive experience sharing our vineyard story, our distinct approach to winemaking, and our collection of expressive wines. The Gran Moraine Vineyard is named for the glacier-borne rocks that traveled hundreds of miles during the cataclysmic Missoula Floods of the last ice age to land in our vineyard. Gran Moraine is located in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA, nestled in the eastern foothills of Oregon’s Coastal Range, on the wild western edge of Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Gran Moraine wines showcase a signature style of elegance and restraint, with a fresh through-line of acidity, a style that has established the winery as not only a Pinot Noir, but a Chardonnay and sparkling wine leader in the Willamette Valley. Unconstrained experimentation combined with a tireless attention to detail in both the vineyard and the winery, translate to precision in the bottle. In addition to Gran Moraine, the wines of Zena Crown Vineyard (Eola-Amity Hills AVA) are made at our Gran Moraine Winery. We would be delighted to share this exclusive single-vineyard collection with parties interested in exploring these small-production wines.
“I have been meaning to leave this review for a month! First of all, this tasting room is beautiful. Alex and Giancarlo were such outstanding hosts. The bubbles being featured were outstanding. I visited on 2/1 and learned what the BOB Trail was. As a bubble lover with a boyfriend who I drag to wine tastings (lol, he’s not so much a wine guy, but I’m trying!), bubbles were such a pleasant surprise. I ended up taking a bottle of their 2014 Blanc de Blanca, after Alex listened to me talk about what I love, it was the best suggestion. Even the welcome rosé that was offered was outstanding- I gifted two bottles to my team members and they loved it as much as I did. I will be back to visit this beautiful location to drink their outstanding wines- but more than that for the people and experience. I just want to make sure that everyone knows how wonderful they are.. I hope I make it back soon enough to see Giancarlo and Alex again soon 💜 - also the food pairings were perfectly matched with the featured bubbles!”

“The winery was probably one of the best looking one of the 3 we visited in a lovely sunny Saturday. But the wine did not raise it at 5 stars. The snacks were probably the best I ve had at a winery ever! The sausage, the pate, the walnuts, the cheeses, the olives. All hand picked from local producers. Probably I just had too high expectations but will come back to give it another try one day.”
