Timia was super organized, provided suggestions if we weren’t 10000% happy with a plan, and was all around such a delight to work alongside with. She made us feel so comfortable and reassured us that it really was all about our big day and to ask any questions or provide suggestions. If you want love and care put into the catering portion of your special day or event, I would recommend Green Apple 100 times over. They’re amazing. The food is absolutely scrumptious, and my husband and I were thrilled to have leftovers… we ate our delicious pan fried salmon and Tuscany chicken happily for the next week of so. We still crave it to this day….we had a handful of guests who had dietary restrictions and allergies, and the team did a fabulous job of making sure that they were acccounted for. Each of her team members were so kind and accommodating, very patient and helpful the day of. Timia took care of my husband and myself, making sure that we had our dinners prepared and checked in with us throughout the night. She met up with our venue manager and day of planner, which was so easy and really gave us the relief we needed to know that we were taken care of during such a stressful event. From the start of the process, Timia provided us great communication, constantly updated contracts, planning and adjustments based on our requests. The groom and some of our party were vegetarian and Green Apple provided such amazing options that our entire wedding loved the all the veggie options. Lemongrass Impossible meatballs? Hell YES. The day of the wedding, the staff went above and beyond for us. During a terrible rain storm, they assisted the wedding party with umbrellas, they placed fresh florals beautifully on the cake, even our wedding guests remarked how much they loved the catering staff!
