“Day trip to Columbia TN. So many great antique shops and specialty stores. We were very excited to see Grinder's Switch had opened a wine bar in Columbia. If you have not had the pleasure of the wine at Grinder's Switch, you aficionados need to give it a try. Variety is great, something for everyone. Sherri was a great hostess we had a very nice visit with her! Don't forget they have two other locations if this one is not convenient for you! Salute!”

“Grinder's Switch Winery started in Centerville, TN, and decided to finally grace us with their presence in Columbia. I'm sure glad that they did. This evening, my wife and I went on a date and decided to stop by. We elected to experience the full flight tasting that included dry, semi-sweet, and sweet wines. Basically, it was almost the full menu of wines that they had to offer. We were not disappointed. Oyster crackers were offered to cleanse our pallets between tastings. When we reached the end of the flight, we decided on our collective favorite to enjoy together. We also ordered a board of loaded hummus and peta chips to ward off hunger pains (see attached photo). They have a small menu of food to enjoy while you enjoy your wine. You can get full here. Dinner can be had. **Spoiler Alert** The bonus wine (not on the menu) was what we chose to purchase a full bottle of. It was the General I, which is a sweet mucadine wine. This wine reminded me of our honeymoon. We experienced a similar wine from Sugarland Cellars, which is located in Gatlinburg, TN. My wife and I have been married for almost 11 years. This wine brought us back to square 1, and we fell in love all over again (with the wine and with each other). Another bonus for the evening was that we enjoyed live music while we enjoyed our wine. If you're up for a good wine tasting adventure, you should stop by Grinder's Switch and give it a try.”

The Vidal Blanc did not disappoint and Abner and Lauren were the best! Gorgeous decor with a nice wine selection, they even have a few food choices like boards and sandwiches. You can pick up gifts for the wine lovers in your life as well in their retail area. Enjoy the well decorated inside or even sit on the patio outside. The patio is a sidewalk in a strip center but what more do you need when there’s wine? Enjoy! Their original winery is located in Centerville TN ♥️ 🍷”
