“I’m a wine club member for many years and never had a bad experience until now. Our service was unacceptable and inattentive. He didn’t know I was a member. I booked the appointment for my friends we all turned 72 this year and one of us had a birthday several days before. Your people didn’t even acknowledge it after being informed. Then we bought 2 bottles and the server didn’t offer the discount until I asked. He made some excuse. I realize you had a wine makers dinner that night but I expected better.”
