Old Farm Winery at Hartland lies on 35 acres of preserved 18th century farmland and newly-planted vineyards in Aldie, Virginia, with a charming renovated 19th century farmhouse and barn, outdoor bar, and expansive outdoor seating area.

Did a tasting and stayed for HOURS. Sat outside under a tree and drank a bottle (or two). Highly recommend this winery as a must for anyone in loudon or the DC area. Indoor and outdoor seating. They provide snacks but seemed okay with us having some of our own.”

I ordered their Sweet Vixen dessert wine, which was smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced, and paired it with their truffle flatbread pizza — easily one of the best things I’ve ever eaten at a winery. The combination of flavors was divine and made the experience feel like a true indulgence.

The atmosphere was super chill, the band was amazing and Scott took such good care of us. The place was really clean, dog-friendly and perfect for a relaxed afternoon. Loved that there was plenty of space to sit back, enjoy some wine and just take in the vibe. Can’t wait to come back; definitely a spot we’ll be visiting again soon :)
