“This was a GREAT winery experience! Ashley was VERY knowledgeable and wonderful to learn about it the wines and winery. Super thankful for knowledge. Loved all the wines and so I’ll recommend-have a bit of everything -whites, rose, reds, and a port style! Outdoor seating, indoor-upstairs and downstairs options. Atmosphere inside wasn’t anything to write home about but cute outdoor space.”

“We recently tried the 2022 Zinfandel “Zoe” at Vint Hill in Warrenton, VA, and it was absolutely wonderful. This American oak barrel–aged dry wine has a rich, smooth character with just the right balance of bold flavor and subtle oak notes. You can really taste the depth and care that went into crafting it. The winery itself has such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you’re a fan of well-structured reds, this one is definitely worth trying. We loved it and will definitely be coming back for more! 🍷”

“Stop #3 on the birthday staycation wine tour was Vint Hill. Before coming I reached out to confirm they were open today due to the holidays. I received a phone call from a super nice staff member Ashley who confirmed they were open. I arrived shortly after they opened. I was greeted immediately upon entering and was guided to the station to decide on my wine flight. The winery is located in a house like structure. It is quaint and nicely decorated. I chose my 3 wines for my flight and proceeded upstairs to enjoy in their seating area. It is much warmer upstairs and comfy. I was the only one there. They do not have a kitchen on-site but have lots of options for snacks while visiting. Upstairs also has a full tasting bar. There are also some nearby areas that serve food that you can bring inside. The 2 highlights for me was the music selection! During my visit smooth jazz and blues could be enjoyed in the background which just added to the vibe of the place. And one of the owners is also an MSU alumni Go Green!”

“Very charming winery built into an old barn that was once used by women codebreakers during WWII. I read the book Code Girls which goes into more detail about their efforts and even mentions Vint Hill! Love that they've embraced this history and have information and pictures decorating the winery. The wine was awesome and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They've got a great outdoor seating area and lots of parking available.”
