“Revalation Vineyards was one of those unexpected finds that makes you wonder how you didn’t discover it sooner — especially being only 15 minutes from home. I enjoyed the Governor’s Flight, and from the first pour, I knew this place was special. The wines were beautifully crafted, the presentation charming and eclectic, with each tasting served in unique vintage glassware that somehow feels elegant, fun, and completely unpretentious. The standout for me was the Village Estate Reserve. The aromatics immediately pulled me in, and the palate just kept evolving — balanced, expressive, smooth, and revealing new layers of flavor with every sip. One of those wines that makes you stop mid-conversation just to appreciate what’s happening in your glass. Beyond the wine, the owners are gracious, the grounds are beautiful, and yes… they welcome furry companions, which earns bonus points from me and the boys. Add in the stunning locally crafted furniture and thoughtful décor, and the entire experience feels warm, curated, and authentic. If you’re near Culpeper, Charlottesville, or simply looking for a beautiful Virginia wine experience, Revalation is an absolute hidden gem. Highly recommend.”

“You shouldn't miss this gem of a winery tucked in the foothills of Shenandoah National Park. The grounds are lovely and the service is wonderful. I enjoyed the little walk from the parking area and appreciate the fact that cars coming and going don't disturb you while tasting the wine! I had a red wine flight and the baguette. I am vegan so that was my only choice for a snack. I enjoyed the wine, which is dry. I picked up a bottle of their Village red. I will be back!”

“Just a heads up, all of the wines here are dry! If you don't like dry wine, then your options here will be more limited as far as drinks. With that said, I don't really like wine, but they did have a non alcoholic spritzer which was absolutely fantastic. My wife and the others in the party enjoyed their dry wine. We came on a Sunday afternoon and were greeted with nothing but pleasantness. The views were amazing, the outdoor seating area was clean. We did order some goat cheese, salami, and baguettes as snacks, which were all delicious.”

“What a quaint & beautiful venue! From the log cabin to the cozy quilts, warm fire, mulled wine, delicious apps and a view for days! It was the perfect anniversary date! The staff was very welcoming and helpful with choosing our wines. If you like a good Cabernet - their Village is delicious! We look forward to coming back soon, but this time with friends!”
