“Linden Vineyards great day trip for the DMV! We had wonderful tasting with Kate. Incredible knowledge to share and gave us an understanding to Linden wines and grapes that make it all yummy! We booked 12:30 tasting it lasted about 45 minutes, we tasted 6 wines. When we finished we bought a glass of our favorite wine from the tasting. We packed wonderful lunch and sat on the beautiful deck with awesome Mountain View’s. This is great for couples day trip break or friends looking to relax. Put Linden on your future day trips around the DMV bucket list. You will come home with wines to remember the delicious times you had at the vineyard. A reservation is must before you come to make sure you can have a tasting!”

“Fantastic wine, knowledgeable staff - an excellent experience all around. If you're a wine lover and think you can't get exceptional wine in Virginia, you're sorely mistaken and a trip to Linden Vineyards will quickly set you right. Was excited to visit this week as they brought back the cellar tastings - great way to stay cool in the summer. I'm also signed up for the Winegrower's Selection and receive 6 hand-picked bottles twice a year with tasting notes and suggested food pairings.”

“Linden Vineyards is one of those places where you go to get a complete appreciation for wine. Not only are they the most delicious wines in Virginia, the staff are so knowledgeable about each wine that you get a complete immersion. It is one of the only places I’ve been to where they have you compare the wines you are tasting with each other, which I thought was great. While most wineries will only give you a flight and send you on your way, Linden Vineyards takes as much time as is needed for you to enjoy their wines. I don’t understand some of these reviews that are upset because they were walk-ins and couldn’t sit for a tasting. . It is clearly stated on their website that you need a reservation. On a busy day they cannot bump somebody’s reservation for a walk-in. No business would, however if they are slow, they will take you. The time they spend with each customer is deserving of a reservation so that you are not rushed. My advice is for you to call ahead and make a reservation to enjoy the best wine experience in Virginia.”

“We had the most wonderful time doing the Sunday vineyard tour and tasting! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and generous with his time as he explained Linden's winemaking process and walked us through the vines. The wines were delicious as well! I very highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, but be sure to plan ahead as they do require reservations.”

“Highly recommend! What a great afternoon date! Their comparative wine tasting was a unique format, and I loved it-- comparing vintages was so much fun and really educational (What is it that I like about this wine? Neutral old barrels, new barrels, grape blend, hot year, dry year?). They are heavier on the whites than reds, and they're soon to no longer have Riesling (their Riesling grapes were struggling) The tasting room is smallish, so make a reservation for tasting on weekends. Their porch is a beautiful place to sit and have a glass. Even in July, because of the direction it faced, the shade, and the breeze, it was really comfortable. Staff was fantastic and clearly loved talking about the wine. The owner was hopping around and stopped by to talk about his wines.”
