“This was a wonderful experience. Great meal. I love being at the chef's counter and watching everything. Chef River & TJ were a delight. Ingredients were very high quality, everything was seasoned really well. I appreciate that it's a prepay situation and all tips / service is included. As someone who doesn't drink alcohol though I feel a little cheated. I do wish it was lower price for non alcohol option. It makes sense economically and many patrons requested additional pours of the paired alcohol. Which is great and awesome. But there didn't seem to be as much thought on the NA pairings. Lemonade with sticky toffee pudding? Really? No coffee? 😅 The chef introduced it like a dinner party and I really felt that vibe. I loved hearing about the dishes and ingredients. Always love seeing them prepared also. It was a great experience and if I'm ever in the area I would definitely do it again.”
